Ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարիների` նույնիսկ զավթելով Ազգային ժողովը` այս վարչախումբն այլևս չունի ժողովրդի աջակցությունը. Ավետիք Չալբյան

Սիրելի´ բարեկամներ,

գործող թրքամետ վարչախումբը, Սահմանադրական դատարանի միջոցով պարտադրելով հուլիսի 4-ի խայտառակ, իր ողջ էությամբ հակասահմանադրական որոշումը, փաստացի մարտահրավեր նետեց մեր ժողովրդի մեծամասնությանը, որը համատարած սպառնալիքների և բռնաճնշումների պայմաններում դեմ քվեարկեց վարչախմբին: Այն, սակայն, լկտիաբար յուրացրեց մեր ժողովրդի ձայնը` գործի դնելով մանդատագողության հնարավոր և անհնարին բոլոր գործիքները:

• Ի՞նչ է մնում մեզ` ժողովրդի մեծամասնությանը ներկայացնող ուժերին: Չընդունել այս վարչախմբի լեգիտիմությունը, համարել այն օտարի կողմից պարտադրված օկուպացիոն վարչակարգ, և բոլոր հնարավոր խաղաղ միջոցներով ձախողել մեր երկիրը թուրք-ադրբեջանական գերիշխանության տակ դնելու` նրա հետագա փորձերը:
