Գազ, ցորեն, ձեթ. Ռուսաստանից ներմուծվող թոփ-20 ապրանքներն ու դրանց կշիռը

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Ռուսաստանը պաշտոնապես կամ անուղղակի խոչընդոտներով փակել է հայկական պտուղ-բանջարեղենի, ծաղիկների, չրերի և բազմաթիվ այլ ապրանքների մուտքն իր տարածք։ Գրում է Հետքը:

Մինչ հայ արտահանողները փորձում են ելքեր գտնել, արտահանման նոր շուկաներ գտնել, փչացած ապրանքի կորուստը հաշվել, հնչում են կարծիքներ, որ Հայաստանն էլ իր հերթին պետք է փակի ռուսական որոշ ապրանքների մուտքը և արգելի ներմուծումը։ 

Սակայն, այդ հայտարարությունների ու կոչերի հիմքում հաճախ չկան հիմնավորումներ, տվյալներ ու եզրակացություններ։

Հայաստանի մաքսային ծառայությունն ամփոփել և հրապարակել է 2025 թվականի արտաքին առևտրի տարեկան տվյալները։ Այս ուսումնասիրությամբ «Հետք»-ն առանձնացրել է Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ներմուծվող Թոփ-20 ապրանքները և Ռուսաստանի կշիռը նույն ապրանքի ընդհանուր ներմուծման կազմում, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանվող ապրանքները և դրանց կշիռները։ 

Պարզել ենք, որ մի շարք ապրանքների գծով հիմնական մատակարարը Ռուսաստանն է, օրինակ՝ ձեթի և ցորենի 99%-ը ներմուծվում է նշված երկրից։ Առայժմ ներկայացնենք տվյալները՝ առանց մեկնաբանությունների։ 

Գազ, բենզին, ցորեն. մի շարք ապրանքների ընդհուպ 90-100%-ը ներմուծվում է Ռուսաստանից

Հայաստանի մաքսային ծառայության տվյալներով՝ 2025 թվականին Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից ներմուծել է մոտ 4.9 մլրդ դոլարի ապրանք։ Եթե համադրենք Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալների հետ, ստացվում է, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի ներմուծման կազմում 37% տեսակարար կշիռ ունի։ 

2024 թվականի համեմատ Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ներմուծման ծավալը կրճատվել է 48.5%-ով։ Նվազումը մեծապես պայմանավորված է Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ներմուծվող ոսկու ծավալների կտրուկ կրճատմամբ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականից Հայաստանը մեծ քանակով ոսկի է ներմուծել Ռուսաստանից և վերաարտահանել մեծ մասամբ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ։ Վերաարտահանումների այս ալիքը թուլացել է, ինչի հետևանքով նվազել է ինչպես Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ներմուծումը, այնպես էլ՝ Հայաստանից ԱՄԷ արտահանումը։ 

Չնայած կտրուկ նվազմանը՝ 2025 թվականին Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ներմուծված ապրանքների առաջին հորիզոնականում, ըստ արժեքի, ոսկին է՝ կիսամշակ կամ անմշակ։ Ներմուծվել է մոտ 2.3 մլրդ դոլարի ոսկի՝ նախորդ տարվա 5.9 մլրդ դոլարի դիմաց։ 

Պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ ոսկին մեծապես վերաարտահանվող ապրանք է, այսինքն՝ այն չի ներմուծվում մեր սպառման համար և դրա անգամ ներմուծման արգելքը բնակչության լայն շերտերի վրա չի ազդելու։ Ոսկու առևտուրը ընդամենը մի քանի բիզնեսմենների վրա է ազդել վերջին տարիներին։ Եվ վերաարտահանումների ալիքի նվազմանը զուգահեռ այս ապրանքը առաջին հորիզոնականից, վստահաբար, իջնելու է։ 

Եթե այս համատեքստում չհաշվենք ոսկին, ապա Հայաստանի բնակչության սպառման համար Ռուսաստանից ամենամեծ ծավալի ներմուծվող ապրանքը գազն է։ Մեկ տարում ներմուծվել է 489 մլն դոլարի բնական և հեղուկ գազ։ Ըստ արժեքի՝ դա Հայաստան ներմուծված ամբողջ գազի 85%-ն է։ 

Եթե վերցնենք միայն բնական գազը, Հայաստան ներմուծվող բնական գազի մինչև 20%-ն է Իրանից, մնացածի մատակարարը Ռուսաստանն է:
