Ուկրաինան 16 Gripen E կործանիչ է գնել Շվեդիայից

Ուկրաինան և Շվեդիան համաձայնության են եկել Կիևին շվեդական Saab ընկերության 16 Gripen E տեսակի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կործանիչներ մատակարարելու շուրջ։ Գործարքի արժեքը կազմում է շուրջ 24,6 միլիարդ շվեդական կրոն (մոտ 2,54 միլիարդ դոլար), հայտնում է Reuters գործակալությունը։ Saab ընկերության տվյալներով՝ նոր կործանիչների մատակարարումները նախատեսված են 2029-2030 թվականներին։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հստակեցրել է, որ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել Շվեդիայի վարչապետ Ուլֆ Քրիստերսոնի հետ։ Ինքնաթիռների գնումից բացի, համաձայնագիրը նախատեսում է նաև կործանիչների տեխնիկական սպասարկում և աջակցություն։

Gripen E-ն համարվում է թեթև բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կործանիչների առաջատար մոդելը, որն ընդունակ է մարտական առաջադրանքներ կատարել մինչև 1,3 հազար կիլոմետր շառավղով։ Ինքնաթիռը զինված է մինչև յոթ Meteor և երկու IRIS-T տեսակի հրթիռներով, ինչպես նաև 27 միլիմետրանոց Mauser BK-27 թնդանոթով։ Կործանիչը կարող է թռիչքներ իրականացնել նույնիսկ կարճ թռիչքուղիներից (800 մետր) և ավտոճանապարհներից։ Վայրէջքից հետո այն հնարավոր է նոր թռիչքի պատրաստել ընդամենը 10 րոպեում՝ օդային մարտերի, և 20 րոպեում՝ ցամաքային թիրախներին հարվածելու համար։ Ուկրաինային Gripen կործանիչներ փոխանցելու հնարավորությունը քննարկվել է դեռ 2022 թվականի ամռանից։ 2023-ի հունիսին շվեդ մասնագետներն սկսել են ուկրաինացի օդաչուներին սովորեցնել այս մեքենաների կառավարումը, իսկ օգոստոսին Զելենսկին հայտարարել է կործանիչների շուրջ բանակցություններում բեկման մասին։ Սակայն Շվեդիայի վարչապետ Քրիստերսոնն այն ժամանակ հերքել է մատակարարումների ծրագրերի առկայությունը։

Ավելի ուշ՝ 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի վերջին, Ուկրաինան և Շվեդիան համաձայնագիր են կնքել առնվազն 100 միավոր Gripen E գնելու վերաբերյալ։ Զելենսկին հույս է հայտնել, որ գործընթացները կարագանան և առաջին ինքնաթիռները ուկրաինական բանակի տրամադրության տակ կլինեն արդեն 2026 թվականին, սակայն Saab-ում առաջին կործանիչի փոխանցման ժամկետը գնահատել էին երեք տարի։ 100 միավոր Gripen E-ից կազմված խմբաքանակի արժեքը գնահատվում է մոտ 8,5 միլիարդ դոլար։ Կիևը ԵՄ ընդհանուր վարկից 2,5 միլիարդ եվրո է հատկացրել 20 կործանիչ ձեռք բերելու համար։ Բացի այդ, Շվեդիան Կիևին է փոխանցելու Gripen C/D մոդիֆիկացիայի նախորդ սերնդի ևս 16 ինքնաթիռ՝, որոնք, ըստ Զելենսկու, Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի համալրմանը կմիանան 2027 թվականի սկզբին։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Կիևի և Ստոկհոլմի միջև գործարքի ծավալը հետագայում կարող է հասնել մինչև 150 մեքենայի։
