Մոսկվայի աննախադեպ կոշտ ազդակները. հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները մոտենում են անդառնալիության կետին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ընտրական գործընթացներին և ներքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներին, մասնավորապես՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ, պատգամավորության թեկնածու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդությանը:

Իր խոսքում ռուս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ ընտրությունների ընթացքում ակտիվորեն կիրառվել է վարչական ռեսուրս, արձանագրվել են հարձակումներ, ինչը չի համապատասխանում ժողովրդավարության պաշտպանության մասին իշխանությունների հայտարարություններին: Նա հավելել է, որ նախընտրական քարոզարշավին Արևմուտքի միջամտությունն աննախադեպ բնույթ է կրել, և որ արևմտյան կողմը Հայաստանին դիտարկում է սոսկ որպես գործիք Ռուսաստանի դեմ պայքարում՝ նպատակ ունենալով քաղաքական դաշտը մաքրել Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև առողջ հարաբերությունների օգտին հանդես եկող ուժերից: Մեդվեդևը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ ձևավորված կապերի խզումը Հայաստանի շարքային քաղաքացիների համար կհանգեցնի անխուսափելի ծանր հետևանքների:

Սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ Մոսկվայից հնչող պաշտոնական գնահատականները ստացել են ընդգծված կոշտ երանգներ: Ռուսաստանն այլևս չի սահմանափակվում դիվանագիտական մեղմ ձևակերպումներով և բաց տեքստով, այլ առանց քողարկվածության, ուղիղ հայտարարություններ է անում Երևանի որդեգրած քաղաքականության առնչությամբ։ Ռուսական կողմի այս արձագանքի գլխավոր դրդապատճառներից մեկը հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ սկսված գործընթացն է, այդ թվում՝ կապված անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու նախաձեռնության հետ, ինչը դիտարկվում է որպես ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներկայացուցիչների դեմ իրականացվող ապօրինի քաղաքական հետապնդումների նոր ալիք։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այդպես էլ չշնորհավորեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ընտրություններում «հաղթանակ տանելու» կապակցությամբ, ինչից հետո ռուսական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների և քաղաքական էլիտայի կողմից գնահատականները սկսեցին առավել սուր ու անզիջում երանգներ ստանալ, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Մոսկվայում Երևանի դեմ նոր և ավելի կոշտ դեմարշներ են պլանավորում։ Պաշտոնական շրջանակների կողմից հայտարարությունների նման ոճը և հռետորաբանության կտրուկ կոշտացումը հստակ ցույց են տալիս, որ առաջիկայում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում կարող են արձանագրվել ավելի անդառնալի կետեր, իսկ երկու երկրների միջև առկա ճգնաժամը հասել է մի սահմանագծի, որից այն կողմ գործընթացները դառնալու են լիովին անկանխատեսելի:
