Պատմական արդարություն և նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություններ հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ։

Այսօր մենք ականատես ենք լինում մի իրադարձության, որը տասնամյակներ շարունակ համարվում էր դիվանագիտական անհնարինությունների կամ հեռավոր սակարկությունների թեմա։ Իսրայելի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության պաշտոնական ճանաչումը պարզապես պատմական փաստաթղթի ստորագրում չէ։ Սա երկրաշարժ է մեր տարածաշրջանի քաղաքական հարթակում, որի արձագանքները դեռ երկար ենք զգալու։
Հիշենք, թե որտեղից է սկսվում այս գիտակցության արմատավորումը մեր ներքաղաքական կյանքում։ Դեռ 2023 թվականին, երբ մեկնարկեց «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը, դրա հենց առաջին կետն ուղղված էր այս առանցքին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման անհրաժեշտությանը և դրա ժխտման քրեականացմանը։ Այն ժամանակ շատերն ասում էին, թե դա անցյալի էջ է, թե դա չի օգնի այսօրվա անվտանգությանը։ Բայց կյանքն ապացուցեց հակառակը. պատմական արդարությունը ոչ թե անցյալի հուշ է, այլ ներկայի ու ապագայի ամենահզոր քաղաքական զենքը։

Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Իսրայելի այս քայլը միջազգային ասպարեզում։

Առաջինը՝ բարոյական և իրավական հսկայական հարված ժխտողականությանը։ Երբ Հոլոքոստը վերապրած ժողովրդի պետությունն է ճանաչում հայերի արհավիրքը, Թուրքիայի բազմամիլիարդանոց լոբբիստական մեքենան զրկվում է իր գլխավոր հակափաստարկից։ Սա ազդանշան է աշխարհի մյուս տատանվող պետություններին, որ արդարությունն այլևս հնարավոր չէ թաքցնել աշխարհաքաղաքական գործարքների տակ։

Երկրորդը՝ լրջագույն ճաք՝ Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան տանդեմի հակահայկական ճակատում։ Մենք գիտենք Իսրայելի և Ադրբեջանի միջև առկա խորը ռազմավարական կապերը։ Այժմ Բաքուն կանգնած է բարդ ընտրության առաջ՝ ինչպե՞ս մանևրել իր ավագ եղբոր՝ Անկարայի կատաղի արձագանքի և Իսրայելի կայացրած որոշման միջև։ Սա դիվանագիտական նոր պատուհան է բացում Հայաստանի համար՝ թուլացնելու մեր դեմ ուղղված ռազմաքաղաքական սեղմակները։

Սիրելի՛ բարեկամներ,

Պետությունների շահերը փոփոխական են, բայց ճշմարտությունն ու պետական հեռատեսությունը պետք է լինեն հաստատուն։ Իսրայելի քայլը ցույց տվեց, որ «Հայաքվեի» որդեգրած ուղեգիծը՝ ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը պետականության հիմնասյուն պահելու վերաբերյալ, ոչ թե պատրանք էր, այլ խորը հաշվարկված ազգային շահ։

Մենք չպետք է պասիվ դիտորդ լինենք։ Այս նոր իրողությունը մեզնից պահանջում է բարձրագույն պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ, կոշտ ու ճկուն դիվանագիտություն և աշխարհասփյուռ հայկական ու հրեական լոբբիստական ուժերի մեկտեղում՝ հանուն մեր տարածաշրջանում հարատև և արդար խաղաղության։
Արդարությունը հաղթում է միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ դրա թիկունքին կանգնած է կազմակերպված և պահանջատեր պետությունը։
