«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախաքննության օբյեկտիվությունը՝ կասկածի տակ
Ինչպես արդեն գրել ենք, նոյեմբերի 26–ին աննախադեպ միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել ոստիկանների մասնակցությամբ: Մի հոգի գիշերը իր տան մուտքի մոտ դանակահարել էր չորս հոգու, որոնցից երկուսը ոստիկաններ էին: Ընթանում է նախաքննություն:
«Փաստը» հետաքրքիր տեղեկություններ է ստացել դեպքի վերաբերյալ:
Նախ՝ տուժողները եղել են ութ հոգի, որոնցից չորսը՝ ոստիկան:
Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, մի հոգին՝ ութ հոգու դեմ: Բայց՝ ամեն ինչ հերթով:
Մանթաշյան փողոցում գտնվող «Դոն Կիխոտ» ռեստորանում ոստիկանների մի մեծ խումբ կնունքի քեֆ է արել: Ուզածիդ պես խմել են: Հետո ուտելիքի ու խմելիքի մնացած մասը վերցրել ու գնացել են Շենգավիթ՝ Կինոհայրենիքի հարևանությամբ վարձով ապրող, տեղի թաղային ոստիկան, կապիտան Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի տուն: Քեֆը շարունակել են Հրաչի տանը: Գիշերվա ժամը 1:30–ին 5–րդ հարկից խումբ–խումբ աղմկելով իջել են աստիճաններով: Նրանց դիտողություն է արել երկրորդ հարկի բնակիչ Վիգեն Ազարյանը: Արդեն բակում, գինովցած ութ հոգի, որոնցից չորսը ոստիկան, դիտողություն անող Վիգենին ներքև են կանչել: Ու սկսվել է ծեծկռտուքը: Ըստ նախաքննության «տվյալների», Վիգենը ութ հոգուն «ծեծել–ջարդել–փշրել» է ու հետո չորսին դանակահարել:
Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչ սուտ է «թխվում» ոստիկանների կողմից:
Նախաքննությունը վարում է Շենգավիթի ոստիկանությունը, ինչի իրավունքը չունի:
Գործը պետք է քննի Հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեն, որովհետև մի կողմը ոստիկաններ են:
Բայց՝ չէ: Շենգավիթի ոստիկանությունն է քննում: Տուժող ճանաչվածն էլ իր թաղայինն է: «Հնարավո՞ր է, արդյոք, օբյեկտիվ նախաքննություն: Հնարավո՞ր է, որ մի երիտասարդ միանգամից ութ տղամարդու (որոնցից չորսը՝ ոստիկան) միայնակ ծեծի ու դանակահարի: Եթե այո, ապա՝ վայ մեզ: Ոստիկանն ինքն իրեն չի կարողանում պաշտպանել, մե՞զ ինչպես կպաշտպանի: Բա ութ տղամարդով, ոստիկաններով հո անճարակ չէ՞ին, որ մի ջահելից ծեծ կերան:
«Փաստը» պնդում է, որ այս գործը պետք է քննի Հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեն, ոչ թե շահագրգիռ կողմ հանդիսացող ոստիկանությունը: Օրենք կա, կարգ կա: Հո անարխիա չէ...
