Սերժ Սարգսյանի փայլուն կոմբինացիան ճիշտ ժամանակին արվեց.Արման Վարդանյան (տեսանյութ)

«ԵՄ-ի հետ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, այո, Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական հաղթանակն էր, որը հուսով ենք՝ կդառնա ժողովրդի հաղթանակը, և ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ կզգա փոփոխություն իր կյանքում։ Այո, սա Սերժ Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական հաղթանակն էր, շատ փայլուն կոմբինացիա էր, որն արվեց ժամանակին»։ Այդ մասին «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Միասնություն» շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանը։ Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ համաձայնագիրն ավելի վաղ էլ կարող էր ստորագրվել՝ նույնիսկ 2 տարի առաջ, բայց ժամանակը ընտրվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև 2018-ի զարգացումները։

«Հայաստանում կա առնվազն երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, որոնք Ռուսաստանի համար ընդունելի գործիչներ են։ Կրեմլի համար և՛ Կարեն Կարապետյանն է գործընկեր, և՛ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ ԵՄ-ի հետ համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ցույց տվեց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհի կողմից ընդունված գործիչ է, քանի որ մի կողմից ՌԴ-ն է, մյուս կողմից՝ Արևմուտքը, և Արևմուտքը մարմնավորող կառույցը իր հետ ստորագրում է համաձայնագիր»,- շեշտեց նա։ Արման Վարդանյանի կարծիքով՝ այս քայլով, չնայած նրան, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարել է, թե չգիտի՝ որտեղ է լինելու 2018-ի ապրիլից հետո, ցույց տվեց, որ շարունակելու է երկրի ղեկն իր ձեռքը պահել ։

Արման Վարդանյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ համաձայնագրի դրույթները կյանքի կկոչվեն, եթե համաձայնագիրը դառնա հանրային սեփականություն, ինչի համար անհրաժեշտ են հանրային լայն քննարկումներ, այս ուղղությամբ պետք է շարունակի աշխատանքներ տանել նաև ԵՄ-ն, քանի որ որևիցե համաձայնագիր Հայաստանի ներքին կյանքում, բացի Արցախյան խնդրից, որևէ խաղի կանոն չի փոխում, իսկ փոփոխություն կարող է լինել միայն այդ պարագայում, քանի որ Հայաստանում ներքին կյանքը մեռած է, ամեն ինչ մեկ մարդ է թելադրում, անգամ ընդդիմության իմիտացիա այլև չկա։
