Թույլատրված է դպրոցներում դասերը սկսել ժամը 10:00-ից` 30 րոպե տեւողությամբ դասաժամերով

Նախանշվածի համաձայն` հայաստանյան դպրոցներում այսօր ավարտվել է ձմեռային արձակուրդը: Սակայն հանրապետության մի շարք շրջաններում ու, մասնավորապես, մայրաքաղաք Երեւանում դիտվող եղանակային ցուրտ պայմանները ակտիվացրել են խոսակցություններն այն մասին, թե արդյոք արձակուրդը կերկարաձգվի՞:

ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարությունը խնդրի վերաբերյալ հայտնում է հետեւյալը.

ՀՀ հանրակրթական դպրոցների 3-12-րդ դասարաններում այսօրվանից վերսկսել է ուսումնական գործընթացը: Հաշվի առնելով եղանակային ոչ բարենպաստ պայմանները` ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել հանրապետության բոլոր մարզպետների, ինչպես նաեւ Երեւանի քաղաքապետի հետ: Նախարարը ճշգրտել է բնականոն ուսումնական գործընթաց կազմակերպելու նպատակով դպրոցներում բավարար ջերմաստիճան ապահովելու պայմանները: Միաժամանակ, շրջաբերական է ուղարկվել բոլոր մարզպետներին եւ Երեւանի քաղաքապետին` առաջարկելով այն ուսհաստատություններում, հատկապես գյուղական համայնքների, որտեղ դասասենյակներում ապահովված չէ համապատասխան ջերմաստիճան, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, դասերը սկսել առավոտյան ժամը 10:00-ից` 30 րոպե տեւողությամբ դասաժամերով:

Նախարարությունը միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում է, որ խնդիրը գտնվում է ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարության մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում. մարզերից եւ Երեւան քաղաքից ամենօրյա պարբերականությամբ նախարարություն է ներկայացվում համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կձեռնարկվեն լրացուցիչ քայլեր:

Կրթության գերատեսչությունից մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հավելյալ պարզաբանեցին, թե քանի որ կան մարզեր, որտեղ օդի ջերմաստիճանը բավականաչափ բարձր է, իսկ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանն էլ հավաստում է, որ դպրոցներում ապահովված են բավարար ջերմային պայմաններ, առայժմ հակվածություն չկա դասապրոցեսը դադարեցնելու եւ ձմեռային արձակուրդը երկարաձգելու: Բայց ամեն դեպքում մարզպետարանները ուսումնասիրում են դպրոցներում ապահովվող ջերմաստիճանը, ինչի հետ կապված պատկերը կլինի երկու-երեք օր անց:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից էլ, պատասխանելով մեր հարցին, ասացին, որ առայժմ հիմքեր ու պատճառներ չեն տեսնում` հանդես գալու դասերը հետաձգելու միջնորդությամբ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 1-ին եւ 2-րդ դասարանցիների ձմեռային արձակուրդը տեւելու է մինչեւ հունվարի 23-ը:
