Սյունիքում ծայրահեղ աղքատ երեխաներ չկան

«Հետք» լրատվականը, հիմնվելով Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի 2024 թվականի տվյալների վրա, ուսումնասիրել է Հայաստանում մանկական աղքատության պատկերը։

Վերլուծության համաձայն՝ երկրում գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր չորրորդ երեխան ապրում է աղքատության պայմաններում. երեխաների 28%-ը համարվում է աղքատ, իսկ 0.9%-ը՝ ծայրահեղ աղքատ։

 Հայաստանի մարզերից մանկական աղքատության ամենացածր ցուցանիշը գրանցվել է Սյունիքում։ 0-18 տարեկան երեխաների շրջանում աղքատության մակարդակը կազմում է ընդամենը 9.6%, իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատ երեխաներ մարզում չեն արձանագրվել։

 Մասնագետները դա կապում են մարզում զբաղվածության և միջին աշխատավարձերի համեմատաբար բարձր մակարդակի հետ։ Սյունիքի խոշորագույն գործատուն՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, ունի ավելի քան 4800 աշխատակից, որոնց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը Սյունիքի բնակիչներ են։ Կայուն զբաղվածությունն ու մրցունակ վարձատրությունը նպաստում են մարզի սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեկեցությանը, ինչը արտացոլվում է նաև աղքատության վիճակագրական տվյալներում։

 Սյունիքը առաջատար է ոչ միայն մանկական, այլև ընդհանուր աղքատության ցուցանիշներով։ 2024 թվականի տվյալներով՝ մարզի բնակչության շրջանում աղքատության մակարդակը կազմել է 6.2%, իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատություն չի արձանագրվել։

 Համեմատության համար՝ Երևանում ընդհանուր աղքատության մակարդակը 16.9% է, իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատության ցուցանիշը՝ 0.4%։ Մանկական աղքատությունը մայրաքաղաքում հասնում է 21.7%-ի, իսկ երեխաների 0.7%-ը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ աղքատության մեջ։

 Ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշները գրանցվել են Շիրակի մարզում, որտեղ երեխաների 52.3%-ը աղքատ է, իսկ 5.4%-ը՝ ծայրահեղ աղքատ։ Ընդհանուր բնակչության շրջանում աղքատության մակարդակը կազմում է 43%, իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը՝ 2.4%։

 Աղքատության ցուցանիշներով Շիրակին հաջորդում են Տավուշի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2024 թվականին Հայաստանում աղքատության միջին մակարդակը կազմել է 21.7%, իսկ մանկական աղքատության միջին մակարդակը՝ 28%։
