Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի դեմ «կադաստրի գործը» կբացե՞ն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի դեմ ո՞վ կարող է որևէ «գործ» բացել: Իշխանությունները սարի պես թիկունքին կանգնած են. գարնանը ընտրություններ են: Համ էլ, ինքը համեմատաբար մաքուր է:
Բայց մի գործ կա, որ ոմանք սկսել են քչփորել: 1998–2003 թթ. նա Պետռեգիստրի պետն էր: 2001–ին, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի օրոք, 80000 իրավաբանական անձի պարտադրեցին վերագրանցվել (հիշո՞ւմ եք, ՍՊԸ–ների, ՓԲԸ–ների գրանցումը):
Եվ այդքան մարդու և հիմնարկի կադաստրում ստիպեցին 100000–ական դրամով իրենցից գնել օրինակելի «կանոնադրություն»:
Եվ հիմա, կոնկրետ «պատկան» մարդիկ կան, ովքեր հեշտությամբ պարզել են, որ կանոնադրությունները տպագրվել են կադաստրի երեք ծառայություններում` Կենտրոնի, Շենգավիթի և Շահումյանի: Փորձաքննությունը այն հեշտությամբ կպարզի:
Եթե պարզ թվաբանություն անենք, ապա 80000 կազմակերպություն պետությանը մուծել է 8 միլիարդ դրամ: Դա այսօրվա կուրսով 16 միլիոն 690 հազար 311 դոլար է կազմում: Խնդիրն այն է, որ կասկածներ կան, թե այդ փողը ոչ թե բյուջե է մտել, այլ` ուրիշ տեղ:
Կարող է` սրա մեջ կրիմինալ չկա, ու ամեն ինչ օրենքով է:
Բայց, դե... քչփորում են «պատկան» մարդիկ:
