«Որևէ մեկին գումար չեմ տվել»․ Դավիթ Ղազինյանը՝ քրեական վարույթի մասին

Սա իշխանության վախերի մասին է, ակնկալիք չունեմ որպես այդպիսին. տեսել եք՝ մի քանի օր առաջ ինչ արեցին, այնպես որ բացարձակ, համոզված եմ, որ համաձայնությունը տալու են։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 17–ին, ԿԸՀ–ի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավորի թեկնածու Դավիթ Ղազինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, որ ԿԸՀ–ն այս պահին քննում է իրեն անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հարցը։

«Սա ուղղված է և իմ ակտիվության դեմ, և մեր քաղաքական ուժի դեմ։ Տարբեր անոնսները տվել են արդեն, այնպես որ զարմանալի չէ»,–ասաց նա՝ իրենց համակիրներին կոչ անելով իրենց ընտրության հավատարիմ մնալ, երկրին հավատարիմ մնալ. «Ես համոզված եմ, որ հաղթանակ անպայման լինելու է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր ձայն են տվել փոքրիկ խմբակին, համոզված եմ, որ մոլորության մեջ են։ Իրենք էլ են մերը և ունենալու ենք անպայման շատ ուժեղ Հայաստան, որպեսզի այսպիսի բաներ չլինեն»,–ասաց Ղազինյանը։

Անդրադառնալով նրան, որ հրապարակված ձայնագրության մեջ ասվում է. «Ղազինյան Դավոն 1.400.000 դրամ տվել է Արմանին», Դավիթ Ղազինյանն ասաց. «Ենթադրում եմ՝ Արմանը ինձ շատ մտերիմ անձ է, ենթադրում եմ՝ եթե այդ Արմանի մասին է խոսում։ Որևէ գումար որևէ մեկին չեմ տվել։ Դուք էլ եք տեսնում, որ ձայնագրության մեջ գլխավոր դերում մաքրուհին է։ Միշտ հումորով ասում եմ՝ լավ է, որ չեն ասում՝ ասել է այս 1.4 միլիոնը ուրիշ բանի վրա չծախսեք հանկարծ, սա միայն ընտրակաշառքի գումար է։

Այսինքն չկա այստեղ իրավական ոչ մի բան։ Չկա այդպիսի գումար, ես չգիտեմ ով ում է տվել, ինչ է արել։

Նախ, եթե անգամ տեսականորեն դա տրված լիներ, այսինքն ես մտել եմ տարածք կամ տվել եմ գումար ինչ-որ մեկին ու ասել եմ՝ սա ընտրակաշառքի գումա՞ր է։ Աբսուրդ է»։ Ինչ վերաբերում է իրեն անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հավանականությանը, Ղազինյանն ասաց. «Որևէ մեկից որևէ իրավական բան չեմ սպասում, որևէ մարմնից, նամանավանդ այս չակերտների մեջ «անկախ» մարմնից։ Այնպես որ այս պրոցեսին բոլորս էլ պատրաստ ենք»։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am–ը հայտնել էր, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ պատգամավորի թեկնածու գրանցված Դավիթ Ղազինյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու նպատակով ԿԸՀ միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու համար։

«ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի գրասենյակում որպես պատասխանատու նշանակված անձինք, ինչպես նաև նույն կուսակցության պատգամավորի թեկնածու գրանցված Դավիթ Ղազինյանը, կուսակցության համակիրների և նրանց հետ համագործակցող մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ընտրողներին խոստացել, ինչպես նաև տվել են ընտրակաշառք:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, ձերբակալվել են մի շարք անձինք, կատարվել են խուզարկություններ և վարութային այլ գործողություններ»,–ասված էր ՀԿԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
