աշխարհն այսօր նշում է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց միջազգային օրը: Սա ևս մեկ առիթ է, որ անդրադառնանք մեր հաշմանդամություն ունեցող համաքաղաքացիներին և մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցնենք, որ նրանք եղել և այսուհետ էլ լինելու են մեր հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Վերջին տարիներին Երևանն առավել հարմարավետ և մատչելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվել, որոնք որոշակիորեն նպաստել են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մեր համաքաղաքացիների ինտեգրմանը հասարարակական կյանքին և մայրաքաղաքային առօրյային: Անշուշտ, դեռ շատ անելիքներ կան, որպեսզի ամբողջությամբ ապահովենք հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար բոլոր ծառայությունների մատչելիությունը: Եվ մենք շարունակելու ենք հետևողականորեն կյանքի կոչել բոլոր այն ծրագրերը, որոնք միտված են անընդհատ բարելավելու իրավիճակն այս ոլորտում: Այդ նպատակով իրականացվող ծրագրերում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը սերտորեն համագործակցում է հաշմանդամության խնդիրներով զբաղվող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ, լսում նրանց առաջարկներն ու դիտողությունները, մասնակից դարձնում իրականացվող աշխատանքների վերահսկմանը՝ այդպիսով ձգտելով հնարավորին ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել մեր համատեղ աշխատանքը:
