«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների նախնական ու չափազանց վիճահարույց արդյունքների հրապարակումից հետո քննարկումների հիմնական թեման վերաբերում է նրան, թե ինչ է անելու ընդդիմությունը, ի մասնավորի՝ արդյո՞ք խորհրդարան անցած ուժերը վերցնելու են մանդատները: Այստեղ, սակայն, պետք է նշել, որ մինչ նման որոշման կայացումը դեռ մեկ շաբաթ կա, քանի որ վերջնական արդյունքները հրապարակվելու են հունիսի 14-ին: Մինչ այդ, բնականաբար, կլինեն քննարկումներ, կլինեն բողոքարկումներ:

Օրինակ՝ ԲՀԿ-ն արդեն իսկ վերահաշվարկ է պահանջել: Ընդ որում, միայն մի քանի տեղամասի արդյունքների խեղաթյուրումը ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից, որի մասին երեկ հայտարարեցին այդ կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները, արդեն իսկ ցուցիչ են, թե ինչ խայտառակություններ կարող էին արված լինել հետընտրական գիշերվա ընթացքում, և թե ինչպես կարող են փոխվել թվերը: Երեկ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ, ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ նշելով, որ իրենք վիճարկելու են ընտրությունների արդյունքները: Նա նշել է, որ «այս ընտրություններն անցել են իշխանական համատարած ճնշումների, ընդդիմադիրների ձերբակալությունների, վարչական ռեսուրսի աննախադեպ կիրառման ու ընտրախախտումների պայմաններում»: Սպասելի է, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստանը» ևս, մեղմ ասած, հաշտ չի լինի արդյունքների հետ, առավել ևս, որ կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ «հրապարակված թվերը չեն կարող արտացոլել իրական պատկերը և ընկալվել առանց խորքային ուսումնասիրության և իրավաքաղաքական գնահատականի»։ Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ «ընտրական գործընթացի ամբողջ ընթացքում «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքը գործել է իշխանական համակարգի կողմից կազմակերպված աննախադեպ ու զանգվածային ճնշումների և հետապնդումների պայմաններում»: «Միասնության թևեր» կուսակցությունը ևս կտրականապես մերժում է ընտրությունների հայտարարված արդյունքները և համարում է ապօրինի, որոնք չեն արտացոլում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների իրական կամքը։ «Մենք նախաձեռնում ենք քվեարկության արդյունքների վերահաշվարկի գործընթաց: Քննարկում ենք ընտրությունների արդյունքները վիճարկելու հարցը»,-հայտարարել է ՄԹԿ-ն:

Մի խոսքով, նախնական թվեր հրապարակելով դեռ ամեն ինչ չի ավարտվում, գուցե և հակառակը՝ դեռ ամեն ինչ նոր է սկսվում:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մանդատները վերցնել-չվերցնելու հարցին, ապա դա բացառապես քաղաքական որոշման հարց է և կարող է քննարկվել միմիայն քաղաքական ճգնաժամ ձևավորելու կամ ԱԺ-ի լեգիտիմության տեսանկյունից, բայց ոչ ավելին: Ինչպես նշում են իրավաբանները, իրավական տեսանկյունից դա ոչինչ չի փոխում: Եվ հետո, այդ հարցը հնարավոր է քննարկել միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ հայտարարվեն վերջնական արդյունքները, քանզի բողոքարկումներից ու վիճարկումներից հետո գուցե և դրանք էապես տարբերվեն նրանից, ինչ հայտարարվեց երեկ երեկոյան:
