Ոչ թե վիրավորանքի, այլ քարոզչության մեջ թաքնված խնդրի մասին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բրյուսելում Հայաստան–ԵՄ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո ռուսական մեդիադաշտը իսկական հիստերիայի մեջ է հայտնվել: Ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների բազմաթիվ, այսպես կոչված, թոքշոուների կիզակետում Հայաստանն է: Այս մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ ինչ ասես, որ չի հնչել ռուսական եթերից՝ ընդհուպ համեմատելով Հայաստանը ման եկող կնոջ հետ, ով երիտասարդ սիրեկանի է տենչում:
Գրող, կինոդրամատուրգ Վահրամ Մարտիրոսյանը այս ամենի հետ կապված երեկ իր Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում մի գրառում էր արել, որում մասնավորապես գրել էր.« Ինչ–որ շատ չեք նայում ռուսական TV–ներ: Եվ ուր է իրենց համար ամենամահացու առաջարկը՝ արգելել դրանց սփռումը ՀՀ–ում: Слабо?»:
«Փաստը» Վահրամ Մարտիրոսյանից հետաքրքրվեց, արդյոք դա լավագո՞ւյն տարբերակն է և ճի՞շտ է չիմանալ՝ ինչ են մեզնից խոսում այդ հեռուստաալիքների եթերում:

 

– Ամեն ինչ կախված է նրանից, թե մենք ասելով՝ ում ենք հասկանում: Թե ինչ են խոսում մեր մասին ռուսական, ադրբեջանական, ղազախական կամ ֆրանսիական մեդիայում պետք է իմանան Արտգործնախարարության ինչ–որ բաժիններ, որոշ դեպքերում՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարության կամ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության: Այդ տրամաբանությամբ մենք պետք է ադրբեջանական, վրացական ալիքներ էլ նայենք՝ իմանալու համար, թե ինչ են խոսում:

– Այս ամբողջ աղմուկը, սևեռվածությունը Բրյուսելյան համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո ակտիվացավ: Ինչո՞ւ հիմա: Սա շարժառի՞թ էր, թե պատճառ:

– Այո, բայց այստեղ էականը դա չէ: Նման համախմբված ավազակաբարո վարքագիծ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները պարբերաբար են ցուցադրում: Այդպիսի պոռթկումներ էլի եղել են. երբ տեղի ունեցավ Պերմյակովի կողմից սպանությունը, 3 օր ռուսական մեդիան լռություն պահպանեց: Ես այդ մասին հոդված գրեցի՝ որակելով դա հանցագործության կոծկում: Էլեկտրիկ Երևանի ժամանակ նույնպես այդպիսի մի պոռթկում եղավ, որ կարճ տևեց: Իրենցից ամեն վայրկյան հնարավոր է այդպիսի բան սպասել:
Իրականում կան մարդիկ, ովքեր վրդովվում են նման հաղորդումներից: Բայց մարդիկ էլ կան, որ գտնում են, թե ճիշտ են ասում: Խոսքը միայն վիրավորանքի մասին չէ, այլ քարոզչության սարսափելի ուժի մասին: Շատ մարդկանց վրա կարող է ազդել այն իմաստով, որ նրանք սկսեն մեղավոր համարել Հայաստանը՝ անկախ քաղաքականություն վարելու համար:
