Համացանցում հրապարակվել է Հաագայի դատարանում խորվաթ գեներալի թույն խմելու տեսագրությունը (լուսանկարներ, տեսանյութ)

Բրիտանական The Daily Mail պարբերականը հրապարակել է ուշագրավ տեսանյութ, որում երևում է` ինչպես է խորվաթ գեներալ Սլոբոդան Պրալյակը սրվակից թույն խմում Հաագայի միջազգային դատարանի կողմից իրեն 20 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտելու վճիռը լսելուց հետո:

Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ հավանաբար, թույնը եղել է կոստյումի գրպանում, որը նիստերի դահլիճ մտնելուց առաջ տվել են Պրալյակին:

Չի բացառվում, որ գեներալը կարող էր թույնը ձեռք բերած լինել բանտում: Պրալյակի բանտակիցներից մեկը խոստովանել է, որ գաղութում թույն ձեռք բերելն այդքան էլ բարդ բան չէ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ կատարվածի հետևանքով գեներալը մահացել է: Նա թույն է խմել Հաագայի միջազգային դատարանում նախկին Հարավսլավիայի հարցով դատական նիստին դատավճռի հրապարակման ժամանակ:

Նոյեմբերի 29-ին Հաագայում քննվել է Պրալյակի և ևս 5 բոսնիացի խորվաթի ներկայացրած բողոքարկումը, որով վիճարկվում էր ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար 2013թ. կայացված վճիռը: Հայտնի է, որ 4 տարի առաջ դատարանը Պրալյակին դատապարտել էր 20 տարվա ազատազրկման:

Նշվում է, որ Պրալյակը թույնն ընդունել է վճռաբեկ ատյանի կողմից վճռի վերահաստատումից հետո: Միջադեպի հետևանքով դատական նիստը դադարեցվել է:
