Ucom-ի և staff.am-ի նախաձեռնությամբ կայացել է Executive Offsite Vol.1-ը՝ միավորելով Հայաստանի բիզնես առաջնորդներին

Ucom-ի և staff.am-ի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ Executive Offsite Vol.1 բացառիկ հանդիպումը, որը մեկ հարթակում համախմբել էր Հայաստանի առաջատար ընկերությունների հիմնադիրներին, գործադիր տնօրեններին և պետական պաշտոնյաներին՝ քննարկելու կազմակերպությունների զարգացման նոր ուղիները արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհաքաղաքական և տեխնոլոգիական միջավայրում։

Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը և Change School-ի հիմնադիր Վիրեն Լալլը քննարկեցին արհեստական բանականության ազդեցությունը որոշումների կայացման վրա, ինչպես նաև այն կառուցվածքային խոչընդոտները, որոնք հաճախ դանդաղեցնում են խոշոր կազմակերպությունների զարգացումը։  

«Այսօր կազմակերպությունների հաջողությունը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն տեխնոլոգիական հնարավորություններով, այլև արագ փոփոխություններին հարմարվելու կարողությամբ։  Կառավարման, որոշումների կայացման և համագործակցության մոդելներն ակտիվորեն փոփոխվում են, և առաջնորդների կարևորագույն խնդիրն է կառուցել ճկուն ու ապագայի փոխակերպումներին պատրաստ կազմակերպություններ։ Ucom-ում մենք կարևորում ենք նման հարթակների ձևավորումը և գործընկերների հետ նման թեմաների քննարկումը»,- նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

 «Այսօր մենք գործում ենք մի համակարգում, որտեղ տեխնոլոգիաները, կապիտալը և աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը վերափոխում են խաղի կանոնները։ Մեր նպատակն էր ստեղծել բարձր վստահության միջավայր, որտեղ առաջնորդները կարող են դուրս գալ ամենօրյա գործառնական խնդիրներից և քննարկել այն հիմնարար փոփոխությունները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են ապագայի կազմակերպություններ կառուցելու համար», -  նշել է staff.am էկոհամակարգի հիմնադիր Լուիզա Ավետիսյանը։ 

Միջոցառման ընթացքում թեմատիկ քննարկումները վերաբերում էին տեխնոլոգիական տրանսֆորմացիային և արհեստական բանականության դերին, կենտրոնացված վերահսկողության և ինքնավարության հավասարակշռությանը, ինչպես նաև անկայուն միջավայրում կապիտալի արդյունավետ կառավարմանը։
