Զելենսկին Երևան գալուց առաջ Բաքվում էր, բայց պրովոկացիոն հակառուսական հայտարարություններ այնտեղ չարեց․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանի մթնոլորտը ռադիկալացվում։ Այս մասին գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։ 

«Մեր ստրատեգիական խնդիրն է՝ երկրի ներսում և սահմաններին հասնել դեէսկալացիայի։ Մեկ-երկու շաբաթ առաջ՝ քարոզարշավի սկզբում ասացի, որ ամենամեծ վտանգն է, եթե մենք մտածենք, թե Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը որոշվելու է որևէ այլ մայրաքաղաքում։ Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը չի որոշվում ո´չ Մոսկվայում, ո´չ Վաշինգտոնում, ո´չ Բրյուսելում, ոչ՝ Փարիզում։ Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը որոշվում է Երևանում։ Եվ հունիսի 7-ը բացառապես ներհայաստանյան ընտրություններ են։ Եթե այլ կերպ մտածենք, ապա այն ի վերջո կորոշվի Բաքվում։

Ցավոք, մեր նախընտրական փուլում այս իմպերատիվ գաղափարի պատշաճ ընկալումը դեռ չկա։   Մենք էական էսկալացիա ենք արձանագրում մեր երկրի ներսում։ Մեր չորս կողմը պրոբլեմ է, մենք ներսում գնում ենք էսկալացիայի ճանապարհով։ Ներքին համերաշխության գաղափարը, որը «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ԲՀԿ ծրագրի առաջատար դրույթն էր, բախվեց ՄԵԿ հոգու կողմից ագրեսիայի և սպառնալիքի  տարափին։ Ի՞նչ է շահում Հայաստանը։ Ի՞նչ ենք շահում մենք։ Ոչ մեկը չի շահում։   Մենք ստացանք էսկալացիա նաև արտաքին սահմանին, այս դեպքում՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Մի Զելենսկի խաղացնելու գինը արժե՞ր, որ մեր տնտեսության բազմաթիվ ճյուղեր կանգնեն սնանկացման իրական վտանգի առաջ։  

Զելենսկին Երևան գալուց առաջ Բաքվում էր։ Բայց պրովոկացիոն հակառուսական հայտարարություններ այնտեղ չարեց։ Մի բառ չասեց։ Համարեց, որ Ադրբեջանում չի կարելի պրովոկացիա անել, Ադրբեջանն այդ երկիրը չէ, իսկ Հայաստանում կարելի է։ Ինչո՞ւ այդպես արեց։ Սրա մասին մտածենք։   Ի դեպ, ադրբեջանական մամուլում մի տեղեկություն է շրջանառվում, որ  հնարավոր է՝ Ռ. Վարդանյանին արտահանձնեն Ուկրաինա, իբր՝ Դոնբասում հակաուկրաինական գործունեություն ֆինանսավորելու համար։   Ես չգիտեմ՝ ճիշտ է, թե խայծ է։ Երկու դեպքում էլ շատ վտանգավոր է։ Ոչ մեկին չպետք է թողնենք, որ մեր երկիրը փորձի սարքել նոր Ուկրաինա։ Ցանկացողներ շատ կան, մեր լրջությունն է մեր զենքը։ 

Չկա բանական պատասխան, թե ինչու է իշխանությունը ռադիկալացնում մթնոլորտը։ Դա ո´չ իշխանություն պահելու ժամանակ է լավ, ոչ՝ տարատեսակ տրանսֆորմացիաների։ Ինչո՞ւ է ծրագրային, թեկուզ՝ սուր բանավիճային մթնոլորտը փոխում ռադիկալիզացիայի։ Էդ հարցը հենց իշխանության ներսում պետք է քննարկվի։ Ոչ մեկը դրանից չի շահելու։ Ներքին էսկալացիան շատ արագ բերելու է արտաքին էսկալացիայի՝ այս կամ այն ձևով, այս կամ այն ծավալով»,-գրել է նա։
