«Մայքլ» ֆիլմի մոսկովյան պրեմիերայի ժամանակ Ֆիլիպ Բեդրոսովիչը առաջին անգամ խոսել է երկու երգչուհիների միջև հանկարծակի ծագած վեճի մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուսպենսկայան, որը մեղադրել է իր գործընկերուհուն անհարգալից վերաբերմունքի և անքաղաքավարի վարքի մեջ, իրեն լավագույն լույսի ներքո չի ներկայացրել։

«Ինչպե՞ս կարող է հարգված մարդը, երգչուհին, որը իրեն համարում է շանսոնի թագուհի, դա անել։ Չնայած ինձ համար շանսոնի թագուհին Իրինա Կրուգն է։ Ինչ-որ հաշիվ մաքրելու համար իջնել... Ինչ-որ մեկը նրան դժգոհեցրել է, դա բնորոշ Ուսպենսկայային է։ Նրան ինչ-որ բան դուր չի եկել, կամ նա ինչ-որ բան է հորինել, որ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ։ Այդ մարդը նրա թշնամին է։ Ես նշանակալի դեր եմ խաղացել նրա կյանքում. ես օգնել եմ նրան, երբ նա եկել է Ռուսաստան։ Այդ ամենի դիմաց ստացել եմ լիակատար անշնորհակալություն։ Դե, նա այդպիսի մարդ է։ Եվ Լյուսյայի նման երիտասարդ, տաղանդավոր արտիստուհուն ծաղրելն ու վիրավորելը պարզապես անպատշաճ է։ Հավանաբար դա նախանձ է, ինչ-որ դժգոհություն։ Կամ գուցե պարզապես երիտասարդության նախանձ»,-նշել է Կիրկորովը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հակամարտությունը սկսվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ Ուսպենսկայան կոշտ մեկնաբանություն է գրել Չեբոտինայի մասին։ Այնուհետև Լյուսյան մեղադրել է Լյուբոնկային իրեն ծաղրելու մեջ։
