ԵՄ-ն, ՌԴ ֆեյքերի մասին խոսելու փոխարեն, ավելի լավ է նայի Փաշինյանի տեսանյութը. Զախարովա

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան նշել է, որ ԵՄ-ն, Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ ռուսական «ֆեյքերի» մասին պնդումներ անելու փոխարեն, ավելի լավ է դիտի հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տեսանյութը։ Այս մասին նա գրել է իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում։

Զախարովան, մեկնաբանելով արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումները Հայաստանում ընտրությունների նախաշեմին իբր ռուսական ապատեղեկատվական արշավի մասին, տեղադրել է Փաշինյանի հրապարակած տեսանյութը, որում նա տառ առ տառ արտասանում էր «անասնագլխաքանակ» բառը։

«Օրերս տեղի ունեցավ հերթական հզոր տեղեկատվական արտահոսքը՝ իբր «EUvsDisinfo»-ի հետաքննության քողի տակ, որը ստեղծվել է «ռուսական ապատեղեկատվության և ֆեյքերի դեմ պայքարի» համար»,- ուշադրություն է հրավիրել դիվանագետը։

Եվրոպական լրատվամիջոցների հոդվածներում պնդվում է, թե Ռուսաստանը իբր արհեստական բանականության կիրառմամբ գործարկել է ապատեղեկատվության «Մատրյոշկա» գործողությունը։

«Արդեն մի քանի ամիս է, ինչ Հայաստանը հանդիսանում է ռուսական ապատեղեկատվական արշավի թիրախ, որն իրականացվում է հունիսին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին։ Ըստ հետազոտողների տվյալների՝ արշավի սկիզբը դրվել է մարտի սկզբին՝ «Մատրյոշկա» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, որը պրոկրեմլյան ապատեղեկատվական գործողություն է, և որի շրջանակներում ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են օգտագործվում արհեստական բանականության տեխնոլոգիաներ։ Բոտ-ցանցերն ուսումնասիրող «Antibot4Navalny» հավաքականը հայտնել է, որ հայտնաբերել է Փաշինյանի մասնակցությամբ ավելի քան մեկ տասնյակ ֆեյք տեսանյութեր»,- նշվում է հոդվածում։

«Այսպիսով, պատասխանատու կերպով հայտարարում եմ՝ այս տեսանյութը ոչ մի «Մատրյոշկա» գործողություն չէր կարող հորինել։ Եվ պետք չէ էքստազի մեջ ընկնել իբր կիրառված ԱԲ տեխնոլոգիաների կամ բոտ-ցանցերի մասին պատմություններից։ Սա անձամբ Նիկոլ Վովայի Փաշինյանն է։ Դրա համար էլ դադարեցրեք «Կրեմլի ձեռքի» մասին ֆեյքեր հորինելը»,- գրել է Զախարովան։
