«Երգ ու պարով պետություն չեն պահում». Սամվել Կարապետյանի կոշտ ուղերձը

Մայիսի 20-ին Լոռու մարզի ընտրողների հետ հանդիպել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածու Սամվել Կարապետյանը։ Հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել նրա առանձնատան բակում, քանի որ քաղաքական գործիչը տնային կալանքի տակ է և հնարավորություն չունի հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել այլ վայրերում։

Իր ելույթում Կարապետյանը հանդես է եկել կոշտ գնահատականներով՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի ներկա իրավիճակին, ժողովրդագրական խնդիրներին և գործող իշխանության վարած քաղաքականությանը։

«Եթե իշխանությունների ներկայիս կործանարար կուրսը անհապաղ չկանգնեցվի, մենք կհայտնվենք ազգային ինքնության ամբողջական կորստի շեմին, և մենք այնքան էլ հեռու չենք նրանից, որ մի քանի տարի անց մեր գլխավոր գործունեությունն այստեղ դառնա նամազ անելը»,- հայտարարել է նա։

Սամվել Կարապետյանը շեշտել է, որ իր խոսքերը հասարակությանը վախեցնելու նպատակ չունեն և հիմնված են պաշտոնական վիճակագրության ու իրական գործընթացների վրա։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի մարզերը շարունակում են դատարկվել, բնակչությունը նվազում է, իսկ պետության առջև ծառացած խորքային խնդիրները մնում են անլուծելի։

Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ գործող իշխանությունը երկրի կառավարման փոխարեն զբաղված է արտաքին ցուցադրականությամբ՝ փորձելով ստեղծել պատրանք, թե Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ կարգին է։ Նա նշել է, որ հասարակությանը ներկայացվում է արհեստական բարեկեցության պատկեր, մինչդեռ իրական կյանքում մարդիկ կանգնած են սոցիալական, ժողովրդագրական և անվտանգային լուրջ մարտահրավերների առաջ։

Դաշինքի առաջնորդը հայտարարել է, որ իշխանությունների հիմնական նպատակը սեփական դիրքերն ու շահերն ապահովելն է, ինչի հետևանքով պետական կառավարման համակարգը կորցրել է իր արդյունավետությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իշխանությունները սխալ են գնահատել իր թիմի հնարավորությունները և դիմադրողականությունը։

Սամվել Կարապետյանը վստահեցրել է, որ ինքն ու իր գաղափարակիցները՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանն ու Հարութը, պատրաստ են շարունակել պայքարը և չեն հրաժարվելու իրենց քաղաքական ուղուց՝ անկախ ճնշումներից ու սահմանափակումներից։

Անդրադառնալով նախընտրական համագործակցություններին՝ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ իրենց քաղաքական ուժը գիտակցված որոշում է կայացրել չմտնել ավանդական քաղաքական ուժերի հետ դաշինքների մեջ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ուժերը տարիների ընթացքում թողել են հակասական հետք, և իր թիմը նպատակ ունի կառուցել նոր քաղաքական մշակույթ՝ զերծ անցյալի բացասական բեռից։

Կարապետյանը պարզաբանել է, որ պաշտոնական դաշինքը ձևավորվել է միայն «Նոր դարաշրջան» և «Միավորված հայեր» կուսակցությունների հետ, ինչը, նրա խոսքով, խորհրդանշում է Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում նոր փուլի մեկնարկը։

Ելույթի ավարտին «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածուն ընդգծել է, որ իրենք նպատակ ունեն համատեղ ուժերով կառուցել ուժեղ պետություն և հասարակության համար բացել իրական նոր դարաշրջան։ Դրանից հետո նա ընտրողներին առաջարկել է անցնել բաց քննարկման և պատասխանել նրանց հարցերին՝ ուղիղ երկխոսության ձևաչափով։
