Երրորդ ժամկետի գնալը մերժելու հիմքով իշխանության եկածը պետք է մերժվի հենց երրորդ ժամկետի հիմքով. Մելոյան

«Պատահական չէ, որ մենք հենց ԱԺ-ից ենք քարոզչության մեկնակը տալիս։ Սա խորհրդանշական օր է. 8 տարի առաջ մայիսի 8-ին այսօր վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցնող անձն ընտրվեց, որպես ՀՀ վարչապետ՝ ժողովրդի վստահության քվեն ստանալով և լրջագույն խոստումներ տալով» -ԱԺ շենքի դիմաց մեկնարկած «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քարոզարշավի ժամանակ ասաց դաշինքի անդամ, սահմանադրական իրավունքի մասնագետ Գոհար Մելոյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Փաշինյանի տված խոստումները ոչ միայն չի իրականացվել, այլև այդ իշխանության կայացումն ունեցել է ողբերգական ու ճակատագրական հետևանքներ։

Մելոյանը հիշեց, որ իշխանության գալուց առաջ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե ԱԺ դարպասները բացելու են ժողովրդի առաջ, այն բացեցին, բայց հետո այնպես զոդեցին, որ քաղաքացիները չեն կարողանում մոտ գալ։

Նա նշեց, որ այդտեղ է ոչ միայն որպես «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդմ, այլ որպես իրավաբան, կին, մայր, որի համար ներկայիս իրականությունն ընդունելի չէ։

«Ինձ համար ընդունելի չէ, որ իրավունքն ու ուժը ծառայեցվում է կոնկրետ ուժի շահերին, անթուլատրելի է, որ իմ հայրենակիցներին վախեցնում ու ճնշում են, և հուսալքություն են տրամադրում»,-ասաց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդամը։

 Նա նշեց, որ երկրում հույսի ճրագն այնքան էր մարել, որ ի վերջո դաշտ եկավ Սամվել Կարապետյանը, որը այդ պահանջը բավարարեց և, քաղաքականության մեջ լինելով, նոր է և ունի բացառիկ փորձառություն։

 «Պարոն Կարապետյանն այդ մարող կրակը բոցավառել է»,-ասաց Մելոյանը և, հիշեցնելով որ վերջին 8 տարիներին Հայաստանում աղքատությունը չի նվազել, հավելեց.

«Հայաստանի իշխանավորը ստանում է 15 հազար դոլարի պարգևավճար, մինչ ՀՀ մարզում սոված երեխա է քնում, ծայրահեղ աղքատությունն առկա է, իսկ աղքատությունը որոշ տեղերում կրկնապատկվել է»։

 Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանում տուրիստական բումի պայմաններում մարզերում տուրիստական այցելությունները ընդամնեը 0-2% է։

«Մեր Երկիրն ունի ծաղկման, զարգացման բարգավաճման բոլոր հնարավորությունները, բայց այսօր ամենալուրջ խնդիրն անվտանգությունն է»,-ասաց Մելոյանը նկատելով, որ օդից կախված անիրատեսկան «խաղաղությամբ» մեզ սպառնում են։

 «Այն ուժը որը 3 սեպտեմբերյան պատերազմ է բերել մեր գլխին՝ լրացուցիչ սեպտեմբերյան պատերզմով է սպառնում իր ազգաբնակչությանը»,-ասաց Գոհար Մելոյանը՝ ներկայացրեց քարոզարշավի մեկնարկը, ասաց «Երրորդ ժամկետի գնալը մերժելու հիմքով իշխանության եկածը պետք է մերժվի հենց երրորդ ժամկետի հիմքով»։
