ՊԵԿ-ը բացահայտել է խոշոր չափերի` կանխիկ 72,6 մլն ռուսական ռուբլու ներկրման դեպքեր

ՀՀ օդային և ցամաքային սահմաններով տեղափոխվող կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների նկատմամբ իրականացվող ուժեղացված վերահսկողության շրջանակում, ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության ու Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցները, համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում, ստացել էին հերթական օպերատիվ տվյալներ։ Ըստ այդ տվյալների՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն էր ժամանելու ՌԴ քաղաքացի Ռ․Թ․-ն, ով իր հետ կանխիկ եղանակով տեղափոխելու էր առանձնապես խոշոր չափի դրամական միջոցներ։

Տեղեկություններն իրացնելու նպատակով՝ հրատապ ձեռնարկվել են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ: Արդյունքում, օրերս Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանելուց հետո՝ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում հայտնաբերվել է Ռ․ Թ․-ն, ում մոտ առկա է եղել կանխիկ 65 մլն․ ռուսական ռուբլի, որը շուրջ 321 մլն․ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք  գումար է։

Հանցանք կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով՝ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցները ՌԴ քաղաքացուն «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն։

Առերևույթ, հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն: Քննչական կոմիտե է  ներկայացվել  նաև ձերբակալված անձը։ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, իսկ Ռ․Թ-ի նկատմամբ՝ դատարանի որոշմամբ որպես  խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը։

Ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ մեկ օր անց ՀՀ ժամանած Ռ․Թ-ի ազգական՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացի Հ․Թ․-ի մոտ ևս հայտնաբերվել է խոշոր կանխիկ գումար՝ 7,6 մլն․ռուսական ռուբլի, որը  շուրջ 37 մլն․ ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք գումար է։ Վերջինս, «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով հանցանք կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով նույնպես ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է Կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն, այնուհետև Քննչական կոմիտե, ուր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և Հ․Թ․-ի նկատմամբ՝ որպես  խափանման միջոց, դատարանի որոշմամբ, ընտրվել է տնային կալանքը։

ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը շարունակելու է ուժեղացված հսկողությունը ՀՀ օդային և ցամաքային սահմաններով տեղափոխվող կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների նկատմամբ և այդ նպատակով քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է արտերկրից դրամական միջոցները ՀՀ փոխանցել օրինական ֆինանսական հաստատությունների միջոցով և խուսափել զարտուղի ճանապարհներով դրանք կանխիկ եղանակով ՀՀ տեղափոխելուց։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
