ՀՀ նոր կենսաչափական անձնագիրը կապույտ չի լինի, այլ գույն է ունենալու

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին 

2026 թվականի աշնանից կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերը հասանելի կլինեն քաղաքացիներին։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի հետ աշխատանքային քննարկման ընթացքում։ 

ՆԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ նոր համակարգի ներդրման նպատակն է ապահովել անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթերի համապատասխանությունը միջազգային բարձր չափանիշներին, մասնավորապես՝ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության (ICAO) պահանջներին։ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ այն կբարձրացնի փաստաթղթերի վստահելիությունը, կդյուրացնի սահմանային անցումները և կնպաստի քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժին, այդ թվում՝ Եվրոպական միության հետ վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացում։

Հանդիպման ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարել է, որ կենսաչափական անձնագիրը կունենա կարմիր երանգ։ 

Փաստաթղթի ձևավորման մեջ արտացոլված են հայկական ինքնությունը, պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունն ու պետականության խորհրդանիշները։ Ըստ այդմ՝ նախ արտացոլված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ուրվագծային քարտեզը, Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի ստեղծած այբուբենը և առաջին հայատառ նախադասությունը՝ «Ճանաչել զիմաստություն և զխրատ, իմանալ զբանս հանճարոյ»:

Արարողակարգային ավագության տրամաբանությամբ ներկայացված են ժամանակակից պետականության խորհրդանիշները՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրը, Կառավարության շենքը, Ազգային Ժողովի շենքը, Սահմանադրական դատարանի շենքը: Պատկերվել են նաև Երևանի Կասկադը և Ալեքսանդր Թամանյանը՝ որպես ժամանակակից քաղաքաշինության նահապետ:

Անդրադարձ կա նաև մարզերին. այբբենական կարգով ներկայացված են Արագածի մարզը՝ Արագած լեռն ի չորս գագաթներով, Արարատի մարզը՝ Խոր Վիրապով, որպես քրիստոնեության կարևորագույն կենտրոններից մեկը, Արմավիրի մարզը՝ լավաշի թխման գործընթացով, Արմավիրի մարզի այգիներով ու պտուղներով, Գեղարքունիքի մարզը՝ Սևանա լճով և 10-րդ դարի Բերդկունք ամրոցով, Կոտայքի մարզը՝ Գառնու հեթանոսական տաճարով, Լոռու մարզը՝ Լոռի բերդ ամրոցով, Շիրակի մարզը՝ Գյումրիի պատմական կենտրոնի փողոցով և հայտնի Ֆայտոնի տեսարանով, Սյունիքի մարզը՝ Բաղաբերդ ամրոցով, Տավուշի մարզը՝ Սրանոցի կամրջով, Վայոց Ձորի մարզը՝ Ջերմուկի ջրվեժով և Ջերմուկի հայտնի խորհրդանիշ եղնիկով: Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ այս բոլոր պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների միջոցով փորձ է արվել ապահովել Հայաստանի դիմանկարի բազմազանությունն ու բազմաշերտությունը:

Շեշտվել է, որ կենսաչափական անձնագրի ներդրմանը զուգահեռ նախատեսվում է նաև սահմանային անցակետերում ներդնել ավտոմատ, առանց մարդկային շփման անցման համակարգեր, ինչն էապես կհեշտացնի և կարագացնի քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը:
