Ոչ մեկը չի կարող ասել՝ հորս արև 1 մլրդ ներդրում եմ արել. բանկային շրջանառությունը հատիկ-հատիկ պետք է լինի, եթե չեղավ՝ խնդիր է. Փաշինյան

Այնտեղ, որտեղ իրական տնտեսության մասին է խոսքը, իրական գործունեության մասին, մենք պետք է աջակցենք այդ մարդկանց։ Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ այդ աշխատանքի արդյունքում, եթե կարճաժամկետում կամ միջնաժամկետում ոչ, ապա երկարաժամկետում իրենց ծախսած գումարը հետ է գալիս, դեռ մի բան էլ ավելի։ 

«Գյուղատնտեսության մասին մեր պատկերացումն այն է, որ մարդը կռացած, ձեռքերը ճաքած և իր տարիքից մի 30 տարի ավելի ծերացած է: Ո՛չ, այդպես չէ: Այսօր այդ տնտեսություններում, սկսած նրանից, թե աշխատողներն ի՞նչ պայմաններում են սնվում, էական չէ՝ տնի՞ց են բերում, թե այնտեղ տեղում պատրաստվում է, այսինքն՝ այս ամեն ինչը հաշիվ է, չէ՞։ 

Այս ամեն ինչը հաշիվ է, և մենք պետք է գնանք միանշանակ աջակցության ճանապարհով, որովհետև եթե մենք մեր թղթային կարգավորումներով նայենք, մեր իդեալական որոշումները կյանքում ոչ մի էֆֆեկտ չեն ունենում, կարող ենք այսպես ոսկեջրած «ռամկա» գցենք ու պատին կախենք, հետո ասենք՝ տեսե՛ք՝ ինչ լավ է ձևակերպված, չէ՞, ինչ ոսկեղենիկ հայերենով է գրված, բայց կյանքում դա բան փոխո՞ւմ է, թե՞ ոչ»,-նշել է վարչապետը:

Նա ասել է, որ պետք է գնան կյանքի հետևից, նրա՝ ինչն իրական պահանջ ունի, բայց իրենց ստանդարտներով:

«Ծախսերը պետք է լինեն միանշանակ անկանխիկ, ոչ մեկը չի կարող գալ, ասել՝ հորս արև, մեկ մլրդ ներդրում եմ արել: Որ պահին ես ուզեցի, ասացի՝ բերեք այդ մեկ մլրդ-ի ներդրումը, բանկային համակարգով շրջանառությունը ցույց տվեք, պետք է հատիկ-հատիկ, պլյուս-մինուս կարող է լինել 500,000 դրամ այդ մեկ միլիարդի մեջ։ Եթե որևէ տեղով այս հաշվարկը չեղավ, ուրեմն պրոբլեմ կա»,-մանրամասնել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
