Էս «կռվում» բոլորի ճակատագիրն է որոշվում, այդ թվում՝ նրանց, ովքեր առաջին հայացքից միայն «թամաշա» են անում. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մուննաթի ռազմավարությունը և ընտրող-2026-ը

Այս ընտրության կարևոր առանձնահատկությունն է լինելու այն, որ իշխանությունն ամեն կերպ խուսափելու է ծրագրային բանավեճից, խոչընդոտելու է դրան։ Ծրագրային հարթությունում, ռացիոնալ լուծումների տիրույթում իշխանությունն ասելիք չունի, հետևաբար անելու է ամեն ինչ, որ այլանդակի մթնոլորտն ու ստեղծի պայմաններ, որ ընդդիմության և լայն հասարակության ասելիքը խլացվի։ Սա աննորմալ վիճակ է, բայց սա մեր իրականությունն է։

Այս իշխանության բանաձևն է. որքան մեծանում է կառավարման տապալումների ծավալը, այնքան մեծանում է մուննաթը և ագրեսիան այլոց (ընդդիմախոսներ, հասարակություն, այլ պետություններ և այլն) հասցեին։

Երեկ վերջապես ընդունեցին, որ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններում առաջընթաց չկա։ Այնպես էին զարմացել, կարծես մինչև այդ նրանց հրապարակայնորեն չէինք զգուշացրել, որ բոլոր պահանջների անմռունչ ընդունումը չի բերելու սահմանների բացմանը և հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։ Մինչ մի իշխանավոր զարմանում էր, որ հետո անթարթ հայացքով ասի՝ սխալվեցինք, մյուսը մուննաթ էր գալիս ֆավորիտ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի վրա։

Երևան քաղաքի կառավարումն ամբողջությամբ տապալված է։ Փոսեր, խցանումներ, կեղտոտ օդ, մի կերպ աշխատող քաղաքային տրանսպորտ, քաղաքը պարալիզացրած շինթույլտվություններ և այլն։ Փոխարենը աճում է քաղաքապետի մուննաթը բոլորի վրա՝ երևանցիների, վարորդներ և ընդհանրապես, բոլորի՝ բացի իրենից։

Էս «մուննաթի ռազմավարությունը» պատահականորեն չի ընտրված։ Գործում է. «ով առաջինը «վրա է քշում», նա ստանում է առավելություն» տրամաբանությունը։ Բայց դա աշխատում է մինչև առաջին լուրջ պատասխանը։

Առաջիկա ընտրությունները փողոցային կռիվ չեն, երկրի ամբողջ հետագա կյանքի հարցն է որոշվում։ Ընտրողներն էլ կողքի շենքերի լուսամուտներից դուրս թափված թամաշա անող հարևաններ չեն, որոնց համար միևնույն է, թե ոնց կավարտվի կռիվը։ Էս «կռվում» բոլորի ճակատագիրն է որոշվում, այդ թվում՝ նրանց, ովքեր առաջին հայացքից միայն «թամաշա» են անում։ Ու որքան ընտրությունները մոտենան, այնքան ընտրողը սպասելու է լուրջ պատասխանի ու լուրջ խոսակցության։
