Եվրոպան խուսափել է էներգետիկ ճգնաժամից շնորհիվ վերականգնվող էներգիայի

Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկաները ցույց են տվել զգալի դիմադրողականություն տատանումների նկատմամբ։ Քանի դեռ հում նավթի և բնական գազի գները կտրուկ աճում են, պարադոքսալ կերպով, էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները վերջերս իրականում նվազել են։ «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկան զգալիորեն ավելի դիվերսիֆիկացված է դարձել, քան նավթի շուկան, և, հետևաբար, կարող է շատ ավելի արդյունավետորեն դիմակայել ածխաջրածնային մատակարարման սահմանափակումներին», — նշում է շվեյցարական Alpiq Holding AG էներգետիկ ընկերության առևտրի ժամանակավոր ղեկավար Մորգան Տրիե Կուոն։

Նավթի և գազի գների աճը մեծացնում է գնաճային ճնշումը. ԵՄ պաշտոնյաներն արդեն զգուշացրել են, որ եթե Մերձավոր Արևելքի հակամարտությունը ձգձգվի, գնաճը կարող է գերազանցել 3%-ը այս տարի։ Այնուամենայնիվ, այն փաստը, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները մնում են կայուն, ստեղծում է կարևոր բուֆեր, որը կարող է կանխել Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից տոկոսադրույքների հետագա բարձրացումը։

Շուկայի վարքագծի տարբերությունը հսկայական է։ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին վերջին ճգնաժամի գագաթնակետին (Հյուսիսային հոսքի պայթյուններից հետո) գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները միաժամանակ ռեկորդներ էին սահմանել՝ ձմեռային պահանջարկի գագաթնակետին սպասելով։ Ներկայիս հակամարտությունը համընկնում է գարնանային սեզոնի մեկնարկի հետ. արևային էներգիայի արտադրությունը սկսում է իր պլանավորված սեզոնային աճը ձմեռային դադարից հետո, և վերջին տարիներին նոր վահանակների տեղադրման բումը կայուն կերպով մեծացրել է արևային էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը էներգետիկ խառնուրդում։

«Կանաչ վահանի» հաջողությունը բաղկացած է մի քանի բաղադրիչներից.

  1. Քամու էներգիայի վերականգնում։ Քամու էլեկտրակայանների արտադրությունը կրկին աճում է նորմայից ցածր արտադրության երկար ժամանակահատվածից հետո։
  2. Ֆրանսիական ատոմային էներգիա։ Ֆրանսիայի ատոմակայանները շատ ավելի լավ տեխնիկական վիճակում են, քան 2022 թվականի ճգնաժամի ժամանակ, անընդհատ մատակարարելով բազային բեռնվածության էներգիա ցանցին։
  3. Պահանջարկի անկում։ Bloomberg-ի կանխատեսումների համաձայն, մարտ ամսին Եվրոպայում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումը մոտավորապես 10%-ով ցածր կլինի, քան փետրվարին՝ ջեռուցման պահանջարկի նվազման պատճառով։

Rabobank-ի վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով, վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները ոչ միայն նվազեցնում են էլեկտրաէներգիայի միջին գները, այլ նաև արդյունավետորեն մեղմացնում են գների կտրուկ աճը։ Բանկի զեկույցում նշվում է, որ առանց վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրության և պահանջարկի սեզոնային անկման, Եվրոպայում էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները արդեն իսկ մոտ մեկ երրորդով բարձր կլինեին ներկայիս մակարդակներից։
