Իրանում պատերազմը Եվրոպային հիշեցրեց «կանաչ» անցման մասին

Իրանական հակամարտության սրումը և էներգակիրների գների կտրուկ տատանումները Եվրոպայի համար դարձան հզոր ազդակ՝ վերանայելու իր էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը։ Եթե նախկինում «կանաչ» անցումը դիտարկվում էր հիմնականում բնապահպանական տեսանկյունից, ապա այսօր այն դարձել է քաղաքական և տնտեսական գոյատևման հարց։ Այս համատեքստում Եվրոպայի հիմնական հույսը արևային էներգետիկան է:

Ի տարբերություն ատոմակայանների կամ հողմակայանների, որոնց կառուցումը տևում է տարիներ, արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը ամենաարագն է։ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովն առաջարկում է թույլտվությունների տրամադրման ժամկետը կրճատել՝ մի քանի տարուց հասցնելով մինչև 6 ամսվա:

Յուրաքանչյուր տանիք կարող է դառնալ փոքրիկ էլեկտրակայան՝ նվազեցնելով կախվածությունը կենտրոնացված գազատարներից, որոնք խոցելի են աշխարհաքաղաքական ցնցումների ժամանակ։ Երբ Brent տեսակի նավթի գինը գերազանցում է $100-ը, իսկ գազի շուկան տենդի մեջ է, արևային էներգիայի ինքնարժեքը դառնում է անմրցակից։ Արևը «հաշիվ չի ներկայացնում» և կախված չէ Հորմուզի նեղուցի շրջափակումից։ Եվրոպան մտադիր է մինչև 2030 թվականը վերականգնվող էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը հասցնել 42.5%-ի:

Սա հնարավոր է միայն արևային ֆոտովոլտային (PV) կայանների զանգվածային ներդրման շնորհիվ։ Պատերազմն Իրանում և նավթային շոկերը Եվրոպայի համար «դառը դեղահաբ» են։ Դրանք ստիպում են արագացնել այն գործընթացները, որոնք խաղաղ ժամանակներում կձգձգվեին տասնամյակներ։ Եթե Եվրոպան հաջողի արևային էներգետիկայի հարցում, ապա էներգետիկ շանտաժը կդառնա անցյալի գործիք։ Արևը դառնում է ոչ միայն էկոլոգիայի, այլև ինքնիշխանության խորհրդանիշ։
