Եվրոպացի լիդերները վերապահումով կաջակցե՞ն Փաշինյանին, թե՞ վարկանիշի հետ կռիվ չեն տա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ճիշտ է՝ ԵՄ-ն հետևողականորեն ձգտում է հասնել Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությանը, այդուամենայնիվ, կան մի շարք կարևոր խնդիրներ, որոնք պարզապես անտեսել հնարավոր չէ: Եվրոպական երկրների ղեկավարների, ինչպես նաև եվրոպացի այլ քաղաքական գործիչների համար այլևս գաղտնիք չէ Հայաստանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշի աղետալի անկումը։ Ըստ այդմ, Փաշինյանին աջակցելու հարցը լուրջ քննարկումների տեղիք է տալիս։

Նախ՝ Վիկտոր Օրբանի հետ կապված սկանդալներից հետո եվրոպական էլիտաները զգուշանում են՝ չցանկանալով կրկնել Թրամփի գործոնի հետ կապված սխալները, երբ չափազանցված միակողմանի աջակցությունը հանգեցնում է քաղաքական հակազդեցության։ Մյուս կողմից՝ եվրոպական առաջնորդները հասկանում են, որ Փաշինյանին սատարելով՝ իրենք կարող են կորցնել իրենց իսկ երկրների հայ համայնքների վստահությունը, իսկ խոսքը բավական լուրջ ընտրազանգվածի մասին է։ Չմոռանանք, որ Սփյուռքի մեծ մասը դեմ է Փաշինյանի քաղաքականությանը, առավել ևս Հայ եկեղեցուն հայտարարած պատերազմին:

Վերջապես՝ Արևմուտքը չի կարող անընդհատ աչք փակել Հայաստանում հակաժողովրդավարական գործընթացների վրա, այդ թվում՝ իրավապահ համակարգի՝ որպես քաղաքական գործիք կիրառելու, քաղաքական ձերբակալությունների ու կալանավորումների վրա: Ի դեպ, այստեղ անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանի վերջին նամակն ու հայտարարությունները լայն արձագանք գտան միջազգային հանրության շրջանում ու ևս մեկ անգամ սևեռեցին ուշադրությունը երկրում տիրող իրավական կամայականությունների վրա։

Այսինքն, Երևանում մայիսի 4-5-ին կայանալիք գագաթաժողովն իրականում կարող է մի շարք հարցերի պատասխաններ տալ. մասնավորաբար՝ արդյո՞ք Եվրոպան կկարողանա «օգնել» գործող իշխանությանն առաջիկա ընտրություններում, թե՞ այն կդառնա վերջին կաթիլը, որը կհամոզի հայ հասարակությանը և միջազգային գործընկերներին, որ Հայաստանը դարձել է զոհասեղան՝ մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղում։

Նույնիսկ արևմտյան քաղաքական գործիչներն են նկատում, որ ԵՄ-ի ճնշումները Հայաստանի վրա՝ փոխելու Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական վեկտորը, կարող է աղետալի լինել մեր երկրի տնտեսության համար: Մասնավորաբար, գերմանացի փորձագետ, Բունդեսթագի պատգամավոր, դոկտոր Ռայներ Ռոտֆուսը նախազգուշացնում է. «Այս բեմադրությունը փորձ է՝ ստիպելու Հայաստանին հարել ԵՄ աշխարհաքաղաքական կուրսին։ Նա, ով ուժի ցուցադրություն է իրականացնում ճակատագրական ընտրություններից առաջ, զբաղված է միջամտությամբ, այլ ոչ թե գործընկերությամբ»,- նշում է Ռոտֆուսը։
