Այսօր՝ հունվարի 7-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։40-ի սահմաններում Գավառի բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մահացած վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել երիտասարդ տղա։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արսեն Ադամյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արա Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության մեծ թվով քննիչներ՝ քննչական վարչության պետ Արտավազդ Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 29-ամյա Հայկ Անդրանիկի Հակոբյանն էր, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Գավառ քաղաքի Ազատության փողոցից։ Արդեն նշված վայրում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից կրակված 7 պարկուճ։ Փաստի առթիվ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.-օրի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի /սպանություն/ և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի /ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը/ հատկանիշով։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ սպանված Հ. Հակոբյանը հանցագործ աշխարհում մեծ հեղինակություն համարվող Նորատուսցի եղբայրներ Ալիկ և Արա Բանդուրյանների քեռու տղան էր, իսկ հայրը աշխատում է Գեղարքունիքի փոխմարզպետ։
