Օրբանի պարտության դասը Հայաստանի համար

Հունգարիայի ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդ Պետեր Մաջյարը հաղթել է Հունգարիայի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում՝ պարտության մատնելով երկիրը 16 տարի կառավարող Վիկտոր Օրբանին։ Օրբանի «Ֆիդես»-ը ստացել է ընտրողների ձայների 37.8 տոկոսը, մինչդեռ Մաջյարի «Տիսա»-ն՝ 53.6 տոկոսը, ինչը բավարար է սահմանադրական մեծամասնության ձևավորման համար։ Հունգարիայի ընտրական մարմնի տվյալներով՝ քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցողների 79 տոկոսը մասնակցել է քվեարկությանը, ինչը պատմական ռեկորդ է։ Օրբանի պարտությունը ցնծությամբ են ընդունել ոչ միայն ԵՄ-ում, այլև Հայաստանում՝ թե՛ իշխանական, թե՛ ընդդիմադիր շրջանակները։

Օրբանն էր, որ ադրբեջանական նավթի դիմաց Բաքվին նվիրեց մարդասպան Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին, տարիներ շարունակ հակահայկական քաղաքականություն էր վարում, պարբերաբար արգելափակում ՀՀ օգտին բանաձևերը, խափանում Հայաստանին ԵՄ «Խաղաղության հիմնադրամից» միջոցներ հատկացնելը։ Այդուհանդերձ, թեև հունգարական հաղթած ընդդիմությունը տրամագծորեն հակառակ կարգախոսներն էր հնչեցնում, կտրուկ փոփոխություններ, հատկապես Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մասով, ակնկալել չարժե։

Օրբանի պարտությունը մեկ էական հանգամանք ցույց տվեց, որ եթե հասարակությունն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է ընտրություններին, հաղթում է՝ անկախ նրանից, թե գործող իշխանությունն ինչ ռեսուրսների է տիրապետում։ 79 տոկոս մասնակցությունն ահռելի էր, ինչը թույլ տվեց ընդդիմությանը ընդհուպ սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն ունենալ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ձգտում է վերարտադրվել, Փաշինյանն էլ խոսում է սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն կազմելու մասին։ Իսկ դրա համար հարկավոր է, որ հնարավորինս քիչ մարդիկ գնան ընտրատեղամասեր։ Օրբանի պարտության հիմնական դասը հայկական ընդդիմության ու ընտրողների համար մեկն է՝ գնալ ընտրության՝ պարտադիր ու անվարան։
