Ինչ ենք բերում գյուղատնտեսության մեջ. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Կարևորում ենք գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում արտադրողականության բարձրացումը, բարձրարժեք գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումը, գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի ավելացումը, պարենային անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացումը, արդիական տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումը, ներմուծման փոխարինումը, արտահանման ծավալների ավելացումը և գյուղատնտեսությունում տնտեսավարողների գործունեության համար բարենպաստ պայմանների ստեղծումը, գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների կոոպերացիայի խթանումը, գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի լիզինգի պետական աջակցությունը, ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների, այդ թվում՝ կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերի ներդրման համար տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորումը, հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրմանն ուղղված պետական աջակցությունը, գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների վերամշակող հատվածին աջակցության տրամադրումը, այդ թվում՝ գյուղվերամշակման ոլորտի վարկավորման սուբսիդավորումը, գինեգործության մրցունակության և գինու որակի բարձրացումը, գյուղատնտեսական վարկերի տրամադրման պետական աջակցությունը, գյուղատնտեսական ապահովագրության աստիճանական ներդրումը: Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում կուսակցությունն անհրաժեշտ է համարում իրականացնել ներքոհիշյալ միջոցառումները.

• Ագրոկենտրոնի (Agricultural Hub) ստեղծում, որը կհանդիսանա յուրահատուկ հարթակ և ճշգրիտ տեղեկատվության տրամադրման, լոգիստիկ և առևտրային գործարքի ողջ գործընթացի կառավարման գործառույթների իրականացման միջոցով կամուրջ կձևավորի արտադրողի և շուկայի միջև: Ագրոկենտրոնը կկառավարվի կառավարության կողմից՝ միավորելով սննդի արտադրության տեխնոլոգիայի մասնավոր դերակատարներին, ֆերմերներին, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորողներին: Վերջինս փոքր տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին հնարավորություն կտա լրացուցիչ եկամուտներ ստանալ գյուղմթերքի արտադրության, վերափոխման և շուկայահանման միջոցով:

• Հայաստանում մշակաբույսերի ցանքաշրջանառության համապետական քարտեզի ներդրում և կառավարում,

• Գյուղատնտեսական վարկերի պետական կարգավորման մեխանիզմների ներդրում,

• Ագրոքիմական և տոհմային տնտեսությունների հիմնում,

• Գյուղմեքենատրակտորային կայանների հիմնադրում,

• Գյուղմթերքի արտահանման խրախուսում,

• Գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում ապահովագրման համակարգի կարգավորում,

• Կաթիլային ոռոգման համապետական ցանցի ներդրման խրախուսում և կառավարում,

• պետական հովանավորությամբ նոր տեսակավոր մշակաբույսերի ներդրում,

• գյուղմթերքի արտահանման կաոուցվածքի կարգավորում և քվոտավորում,

• Թունաքիմիկատների,հավելումների արտադրական հզորությունների գործարկում,

• Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարբեր երկրամասերի հետ համագործակցության խթանում՝ ներառելով գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի արտահանման հնարավորությունները, լոգիստիկ կապերը՝ ներգրավելով տվյալ համայնքերի համապատասխան սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչներին։
