Կգնա՞ Փաշինյանը Մոսկվա, թե՞ ոչ. կախված է ընտրողից

Մոսկվայում Պուտին-Փաշինյան աղմկահարույց հանդիպումից հետո Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը երեկ հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի հետ նոր հանդիպման մասին։ Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ նոր հանդիպումը ծրագրված է հունիսի 2-րդ կեսին, այսինքն՝ Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններից մեկ շաբաթ անց։

«Բարձր մակարդակով հանդիպում ենք պայմանավորվել։ Այդ թվում՝ հունիսի 2-րդ կեսին»,– նշել է Փաշինյանը։ Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան առայժմ ոչ հերքել, ոչ հաստատել է նրա հայտարարությունը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս հանդիպումը տեղի է ունենալու արդեն Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո, երբ պարզ է լինելու, թե ով է կրկին կառավարություն ձևավորելու։ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարումը և այս գումարման խորհրդարանի ժամկետը լրանում է օգոստոսի 2-ին, և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո գրեթե երկու ամիս Փաշինյանը դեռևս կարող է պաշտոնավարել։ Բայց ակնհայտ է, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում պարտություն կրելուց հետո գործող իշխանությունները այդ երկու ամիսը պարզապես օգտագործելու են իրենց համար անվտանգային երաշխիքներ ստեղծելու, Հայաստանից փախչելու համար։ Եվ մեծ հավանականությամբ Պուտինի հետ հանդիպումը չի կայանա, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չհաջողվի կրկին վերարտադրվել։

Առավել ևս, որ նրա վերարտադրությունը հղի է լրջագույն քաղաքական ու տնտեսական խնդիրներով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Մոսկվայից հնչող գրեթե բացահայտ սպառնալիքները վկայում են, որ արդեն ընտրություններից հետո Ռուսաստանը որևէ արգելակ չի ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին պատժելու համար։ Միայն մի դեպքում նման բան չի լինի, եթե իշխանության գան ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, որոնք բազմիցս հայտարարել են ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու, այլ նաև ՀԱՊԿ վերադառնալու մասին։ Ուստի այժմ գնդակը ընտրողի դաշտում է՝ ի՞նչ է ցանկանում անել, կրկին շարունակե՞լ խնդիրներ ունենալ մերձավոր դաշնակիցների հետ, թե՞, ի վերջո, Հայաստանը դնել զարգացման ռելսերի վրա։
