«Ռուսաստանը ձեզ հետ է»․ Երևանում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվածներին տրամադրվել է մարդասիրական օգնություն

Ապրիլի 9-ին Երևանում կազմակերպվել է մարդասիրական աջակցության հերթական ակցիան՝ ուղղված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ներքին տեղահանված անձանց։ Օգնություն ստանալու ցանկություն հայտնած քաղաքացիների թիվը զգալիորեն գերազանցել է նախնական սպասումները, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է սոցիալական ծանր իրավիճակի մասին, որում հայտնվել են տեղահանված ընտանիքները։

Օգնություն ստացողների թվում եղել են առավել խոցելի խմբերը՝ բազմազավակ ընտանիքներ, կերակրողին կորցրած ընտանիքներ, հաշմանդամ անդամներ ունեցող ընտանիքներ և միայնակ տարեցներ։ Բաշխվող փաթեթներում ներառված են եղել սննդամթերք, հիգիենայի պարագաներ, կենցաղային քիմիական նյութեր և մանկական անհրաժեշտ իրեր։

«Մենք Արցախից ենք, և սա առաջին անգամն է, որ նման օգնություն եմ ստանում Ռուսաստանից։ Իմ ամուսինը երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամ է, իսկ որդիս զոհվել է պատերազմում։ Շատ շնորհակալ եմ տված օգնության համար, դա մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է։

Շատ շնորհակալ եմ... Ես նույնիսկ մի փոքր ․․․, նույնիսկ չեմ կարողանում խոսել։ Թող օգնեն մեզ, թող աշխարհում խաղաղություն լինի, և մենք հնարավորինս շուտ վերադառնանք մեր տները՝ Արցախ»,- նշել է օգնություն ստացող մի կին։

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում մեկ այլ շահառու ներկայացրել է իր իրավիճակը․

— Ես որպես զոհվածի ծնող... զանգել են ասել եկեք, օգնություն ստացեք։

— Իսկ հիմա ի՞նչ պայմաններում եք ապրում։

— Շատ վատ։ Ի՞նչ ներկայացնեմ՝ շատ վատ։

— Որտե՞ղ եք ապրում։ Ունե՞ք ձեր սեփական տունը։

— Ես ապրում եմ վարձակալած բնակարանում։ Ի՞նչ տուն... Իմ տունը դեռ այնտեղ է։ Մենք այստեղ տուն չունենք։

— Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն այժմ օգնություն է ցուցաբերում Արցախի ժողովրդին։ Ինչպե՞ս եք վերաբերվում այն փաստին, որ մեկ այլ երկիր օգնում է Արցախի ժողովրդին։

— Շատ լավ։ Եթե ռուսները չլինեին, մենք ոչինչ չէինք ունենա։ Այստեղ ապագա չկա։



Օգնություն ստացած քաղաքացիները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել կազմակերպիչներին՝ ընդգծելով նման նախաձեռնությունների կարևորությունը իրենց առօրյա դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու համար։



Ակցիան կազմակերպվել է «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո»-ի կողմից՝ «Եվրասիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության և Ռուսաստանի մարդասիրական առաքելության հետ համատեղ։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ից։ Հայաստանի տարբեր շրջաններում ստեղծվել են օգնության բաշխման կետեր, ինչպես նաև իրականացվում են հասցեական առաքումներ՝ շարժունակության սահմանափակումներ ունեցող և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար։

«Մենք հիանալի հասկանում ենք. այստեղ ամենակարևորը հավաքածուների քանակը չէ, այլ դրանց հետևում կանգնած խնամքն ու ուշադրությունը։ Ռուսաստանը բազմիցս ապացուցել է, որ իր համար «արտաքին» խնդիրներ չկան։ Անկախ նրանից՝ դա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ է, թե որևէ այլ տարածաշրջան, որտեղ էլ որ ապրեն մեր հայրենակիցներն ու ընկերները, մենք այնտեղ կլինենք։ Այսօրվա պայմաններում կարևոր է հիշել միասնության և փոխօգնության ուժը։ Մենք կհաղթահարենք ցանկացած դժվարություն, եթե աջակցենք միմյանց», - նշել է «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո»-ի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Իգոր Չայկան։
