Խոսքը՝ գործի փոխարեն, թե՞ գործը՝ խոսքի փոխարեն. ընտրության առաջ կանգնած հասարակությունը

Նախընտրական փուլը ավանդաբար վերածվում է ոչ միայն ծրագրերի մրցակցության, այլև մոտեցումների բախման։ Այս համատեքստում առանձնանում է մի պարզ, բայց առանցքային տարբերություն՝ քաղաքական ուժերը կամ փորձում են խոսել քաղաքացիների խնդիրների մասին, կամ էլ իրականում ներգրավվում են դրանց լուծման գործընթացում։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը կենտրոնացած է քաղաքացիների խնդիրների լուծման վրա։ Ի տարբերություն ներկայիս կառավարության, «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները շփվում են ժողովրդի հետ, և այդ զրույցները նպատակ ունեն պարզելու, թե ինչպես են ապրում քաղաքացիները և ինչ են ուզում փոխել։


Միևնույն ժամանակ, հանրային դաշտում ավելի հաճախ են հնչում քննադատություններ գործող իշխանության հասցեին՝ կապված շփման ձևաչափի և բովանդակության հետ։ Մենք տեսնում ենք իշխող կուսակցության կողմից բոլորովին այլ մոտեցում։ Իսկ ամեն դեպքում ակնհայտ է, որ իշխող ուժի ղեկավարի և նրա թիմի կողմից իրականացվող քայլերում նրանք օգտակար առաջարկներ չեն առաջարկում: Միայն փորձում են ներկայացնել այս տարիների ընթացքում պետական փողերով իրականացված ասֆալտը, շինարարական աշխատանքները և այլն նմանատիպ այլ բաներ։ Մարդիկ ոչ միայն բացահայտորեն չեն սիրում Փաշինյանին և նրա թիմին, նույնիսկ վռնդում են նրան իրենց խանութներից։


Քաղաքացիների հետ իշխանության հարաբերությունների որակը քաղաքական համակարգի կարևոր ցուցիչներից է։

Ժողովրդի նկատմամբ անտեսումը ակնհայտ է նույնիսկ նրանում, թե ինչպես է կառավարությունը շփվում նրանց հետ. վարչապետի և սովորական քաղաքացիների միջև հանդիպումների շուրջ անընդհատ սկանդալները դրա ապացույցն են։ Այս ֆոնին հասարակության մի հատվածում ձևավորվում է պահանջ՝ ավելի համակարգված, հասցեական և արդյունքներին միտված քաղաքականության նկատմամբ։


Այս համատեքստում առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության է արժանանում գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած մոտեցումը, որը հիմնված է կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման և սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման վրա։ Գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը կարող է հաջողությամբ հաղթահարել առկա մարտահրավերներն ու ճգնաժամերը: Նրա առաջնահերթությունը կլինի երկրի ամրապնդումը և բնակչության սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավումը։


Տարածաշրջանում առկա մարտահրավերները պահանջում են ոչ թե մակերեսային լուծումներ, այլ երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարություն և հստակ քաղաքական կամք։ Տարածաշրջանում մարտահրավերները դեռ առջևում են, մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես են կառավարող ուժը եգիպտացորեն և կարկանդակներ ուտում, այդ կերպ հասարակությանը փորձում շեղել կարևոր հարցերից։ Իսկ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ունի բոլորովին այլ նպատակներ և քաղաքականություն, նրանք ոչ նախկին են, ոչ ներկա։ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացրած բոլոր ծրագիրն առաջին հերթին աչքի է ընկնում ընդգրկուն և բազմաշերտ լինելով։ Անվտանգային և տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծումը երկրի զարգացման գլխավոր բանալին է, և այս ուղղությամբ առաջարկվող մոտեցումները, ըստ ներկայացված օրակարգի, նպատակ ունեն ապահովելու կայուն և կանխատեսելի զարգացում։
