Հայաստանցի ընտրողը արդեն հասկացել է, որ փաշինյանական ոճի միակողմանի ու ոչ մի տեղ չտանող «եվրոռեվերանսները» խիստ անբովանդակ և նույնիսկ վտանգավոր են Հայաստանի համար․ Օսկանյան

Հայաստանցի ընտրողը արդեն հասկացել է, որ փաշինյանական ոճի միակողմանի  ու ոչ մի տեղ չտանող «եվրոռեվերանսները» խիստ անբովանդակ և նույնիսկ վտանգավոր են Հայաստանի համար։

«Անցյալ տարի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խնդրեց, որ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի հանդիպումներից մեկն անցկացվի Երևանում՝ այն նպատակաուղղված ժամանակավորելով Հայաստանի վճռորոշ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ։

Հաշվարկը ակնհայտ էր․ եվրոպացի առաջնորդների ներկայությունը օգտագործել՝ ներքաղաքական վարկանիշը բարձրացնելու համար։ Սակայն այն, ինչ արդեն այն ժամանակ կարճատես որոշում էր, այսօր վերածվել է քաղաքական բեռի։ Եթե մի բան հստակ է, ապա դա այն է, որ այս հանդիպումն ավելի շատ աշխատելու է Փաշինյանի դեմ, քան՝ նրա օգտին։ Հայաստանցի ընտրողը արդեն հասկացել է, որ Փաշինյանական ոճի միակողմանի  ու ոչ մի տեղ չտանող «եվրոռեվերանսները» խիստ անբովանդակ և նույնիսկ վտանգավոր են Հայաստանի համար։

Տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակը կտրուկ վատթարացել է։ Հարևան Իրանում պատերազմ է ընթանում, լարվածությունները բազմապատկվել են, և Հայաստանը հայտնվել է առավել խոցելի դիրքում։ Եվրոպական համայնքը, թեև ուղղակի մասնակցություն չունի պատերազմում, սակայն ակնհայտորեն բացասաբար է տրամադրված Իրանի նկատմամբ։ Ակնհայտ է նաև պաշտոնական ԵՄ-ի բացասական վերաբերմունքը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։ Ավելին, օրերս Մոսկվայում կայացած Փաշինյան–Պուտին հանդիպումը առավել յուղ լցրեց կրակի վրա, երբ, առանց դիվանագիտական նրբությունների պահպանման, Փաշինյանը փաստացի դրվեց ընտրության առաջ՝ Եվրոպա՞, թե՞ Եվրասիական միություն։

Այս պայմաններում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպում հյուրընկալելը այլևս ոչ թե քաղաքական առավելություն է, այլ՝ ռիսկ։ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է զգուշավոր, հաշվենկատ արտաքին քաղաքականություն, ոչ թե նախընտրական ցուցադրական քայլեր։

Դժվար է չհանգել այն եզրակացության, որ եթե այսօր նման հնարավորություն ունենար, Փաշինյանը կփորձեր չեղարկել Երևանում նախատեսված հանդիպումը։ Բայց նա չի կարող։ Եվ այժմ այն, ինչ նախատեսված էր որպես անձնական քաղաքական առավելություն, վտանգում է վերածվել հերթական ապացույցի, թե ինչպես իշխանատենչությունը կարող է վնասել ազգային շահերին։ Հատկապես, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանության տարիներին տասնապատիկ մեծացած տնտեսական կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից հարաբերությունների լարման դեպքում հարվածելու է յուրաքանչյուր հայաստանցու»։
