Հանրայինը վերածվել է իշխանության «մուրճի»

Մի խումբ իրավապաշտպաններ երեկ դատախազությունից պահանջում էին քրեական գործ հարուցել Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերության ղեկավարության դեմ՝ նշելով, որ հարկատուների գումարներից սնվող պետական լրատվամիջոցն ամբողջությամբ վերածվել է գործող իշխանության քարոզչամիջոցի՝ լուսաբանելով հիմնականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի աշխատանքը, ընդդիմությանը եթեր չտրամադրելով կամ էլ լավագույն դեպքում բացասական հրապարակումներ անելով։ Առաջին հայացքից սա կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ, բայց փաստն այն է, որ Հանրայինը, որ միշտ էլ եղել է իշխանությունների քարոզչական լծակներից մեկը, Փաշինյանի օրոք ընդհանրապես կորցրել է դիմագիծը։

Նույնիսկ «Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքն է ուսումնասիրել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության յութուբյան հարթակի քաղաքական գործընթացները լուսաբանող հրապարակումները և արձանագրել խայտառակ պատկեր։ Ըստ այդմ՝ առանձնացված 140 հրապարակումներից 56-ը եղել են քարոզչական բնույթի, 84-ը՝ պետական մարմինների գործունեության լուսաբանումներ։ Առյուծի բաժինը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրինն» է։

Ընդ որում՝ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի լուսաբանումը ունեցել է առավելապես բացասական, հակաքարոզչական շեշտադրում։ Հայաստանի հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը օրենքով է պարտավոր ապահովել անաչառ լուսաբանումը և հավասարություն պահպանել քաղաքական ուժերի միջև։

Բայց Հանրայինի ղեկավարությունը, խախտելով օրենքը, ամեն ինչ անում է Փաշինյանի աչքին լավամարդ երևալու համար։ Վաղ թե ուշ, իհարկե, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության և Առաջին ալիքի լրատվական ծառայության ղեկավարությունը պատասխանատվություն է կրելու իր կատարածի համար։
