«Սրտիկով» պաստառներով հեղեղել են հանրապետությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու ՔՊ-ի նախաքարոզարշավյան քարոզարշավը ակամա հիշեցնում է «Մեր բակը» ֆիլմի հայտնի «բանաստեղծությունը». «Իջնում եմ բակ, կանգնած ես դու, մտնում եմ մետրո, նստած ես դու»: Ու խոսքը միայն Փաշինյանի «շարժի» մասին չէ, այլ ՔՊ-ի պաստառները հանրապետությունով մեկ շաղ տալու:

Փողոցների գովազդային վահանակներին, շքամուտքերին, վերելակներում, մի խոսքով՝ որտեղ պատահի փակցրել են «սրտիկով» պաստառներ, որոնք ի ցույց են դնում, թե ինչ հրաշքներ է գործել ՔՊ-ն իր իշխանավարման շրջանում: Չէ, պատերազմում պարտվելու, Արցախը հանձնելու, արցախցիներին անտուն դարձնելու, աղքատությունը խորացնելու, իրենք իրենց ճոխ պարգևավճարներ բաժանելու և այլ «հրաշքների» մասին չէ, այլ ինչ-որ թվերի, որոնք հանրությանը պիտի համոզեն, թե ինչքան լավն են իրենք: Հասկանալի է, պաստառների վրա ՔՊ չկա գրած, որ չստացվի, թե քարոզարշավից առաջ բացահայտ քարոզարշավ են սկսել, բայց դե նախ՝ գլխավոր դերում «սրտիկն» է, երկրորդ՝ գործող իշխանությունների «հրաշքների» մասին են դրանք պատմում: Միայն թե հետաքրքիր է՝ ո՞ւմ փողերով են անում այդ ամենը՝ ՔՊ կուսակցությա՞ն, թե՞ պետբյուջեի, այսինքն՝ հարկատուների:

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ սրանով չեն սահմանափակվում: Վերջին շրջանում հաճախակի են դարձել նույնիսկ որոշ բիզնեսների գովազդային վահանակները՝ դարձյալ «սրտիկով»: Դժվար է ասել՝ որքանով են այդ բիզնեսները կապված իշխող ուժի հետ, բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ «սրտիկը» նրանց պարագայում առաջին պլանում է: Ավելին, մեր լրագրողները նկատել են նաև «սրտիկի» լոգոյով (մի քիչ «տարբերվող») նորաբաց տաքսի ծառայություն), որը նույնիսկ բոնուսներ է խոստանում թե՛ վարորդներին, թե՛ ուղևորներին (ասենք՝ առաջին պատվերի դեպքում՝ 25 հազար դրամ): Հետաքրքիր զուգադիպություններ են, ինչ խոսք, եթե, իհարկե, զուգադիպություններ են:
