Dolce & Gabbana-ն վերանայում է պարտքը՝ շքեղության անկման և Իրանի հետ պատերազմի ֆոնին

Dolce & Gabbana-ն նոր բանակցություններ է վարում վարկատուների հետ այն բանից հետո, երբ շքեղ ապրանքների համաշխարհային պահանջարկի թույլ լինելը ճնշում է գործադրել ապրանքանիշի եկամուտների և պարտքի պայմանների վրա, հաղորդում է BoF-ը՝ հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին։

Իտալական նորաձևության տունը համագործակցում է Rothschild & Co.-ի հետ՝ որպես ֆինանսական խորհրդատու։

Նորաձևության տունը շքեղ ապրանքների ոլորտում շարունակական անկման է բախվում, որը սրվել է Իրանի հետ պատերազմի պատճառով վերջերս տեղի ունեցած անկայունության պատճառով։

Dolce & Gabbana-ն անցյալ տարի վերաֆինանսավորումից հետո ունի մոտ 522 միլիոն դոլարի բանկային պարտք, որը ներառում էր լրացուցիչ փոխառություն՝ ընդլայնման ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորելու և ապրանքանիշի անկախությունը պահպանելու համար։ Այնուհետև ընկերությունը ստացել է պարտքի թեթևացում։ Աղբյուրները նշել են, որ վարկատուները սկսել են ուսումնասիրել Dolce & Gabbana-ին պարտքային պայմանագրերից հետաձգում տրամադրելու տարբերակները։ Բանակցությունները գտնվում են վաղ փուլում, և մանրամասները դեռևս վերջնականապես չեն հաստատվել։

Dolce & Gabbana-ն միակ նորաձևության տունը չէ, որը բանակցություններ է վարում վարկատուների հետ արագ փոփոխվող ոլորտում: Անցյալ տարի, պարտքի մարումից հետո, Valentino-ի սեփականատերերը՝ Kering SA-ն և Mayhoola-ն, համաձայնել են 100 միլիոն եվրոյի ներդրման: Այլ իտալական տներ կամ փոխում են սեփականատերերին, կամ միավորվում են. Prada-ն ձեռք է բերել Versace-ն, իսկ դիզայներ Giorgio Armania-ն իր կտակում հրամայել է վաճառել խմբի 15%-ը 18 ամսվա ընթացքում:
