Վատիկանից մինչև էքսպանսիայի քաղաքականություն. Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի նախագծի ակունքները

Euromedia24 ստուդիայում, «Մեծ քննարկում» նախագծի շրջանակներում, փորձագետները քննարկել են «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» հայեցակարգի ժողովրդագրական ընդլայնումը և հայ ժողովրդի հնարավոր արձագանքները այս ռազմավարությանը։

Ծրագրի մասնակիցների թվում էին «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը, ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը, «Հանուն սոցիալական արդարության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Ղուկասյանը և Ազգային ժողովի նախկին փոխնախագահ, պրոֆեսոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը։
Քննարկումը վարել է «Ռեֆորմիստական» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահան Բաբայանը։

Ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը նշել է, որ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» նախագիծը ծրագրվել է դրա ակտիվ առաջխաղացումից շատ առաջ, և որ պետական մակարդակով կոնկրետ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում դրա իրականացման համար։ Նա նշել է, որ դեռևս 2011 թվականին ադրբեջանցի գիտնականները այցելել են Վատիկան և ուսումնասիրել արխիվային փաստաթղթեր, այդ թվում՝ գաղտնի։

«Այդ ժամանակ էլ աշխատանքներ էին տարվում «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» նախագծի իրականացման հիմքը գտնելու ուղղությամբ։ Դա մեգանախագիծ է»։ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Դերբենտի՝ որպես «պատմական տարածքի» մասին հայտարարությունները նույնպես վկայում են դրա մասին։ Հետևաբար, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը» ավելի լայն աշխարհաքաղաքական ծրագրի միայն մի մասն է, որը ազդում է Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Սիրիայի և առնվազն երեք Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների վրա։

Կարևոր է տարբերակել ժողովուրդների համակեցությունը պետությունների համակեցությունից։ Պետությունները, համակեցության քողի տակ, կամ ձգտում են ձուլման՝ տնտեսական և տեղեկատվական, կամ հետապնդում են ռազմական նվաճում», - ընդգծեց Նահապետյանը։

Ըստ նրա, գոյություն ունի խոշոր աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագիծ, որը նա բնութագրեց որպես բրիտանա-թուրքական՝ այսպես կոչված «Թուրանը»։ Այս համատեքստում նա Հայաստանը գնահատում է որպես այս ռազմավարության իրականացման հիմնական խոչընդոտներից մեկը։

«Ես չեմ կարծում, որ 1915 թվականի ողբերգությանը նման իրադարձություններ կարող էին տեղի ունենալ ադրբեջանական կողմում, բայց Արցախում տեղի ունեցածին նման սցենար լիովին հնարավոր կլիներ, եթե չլիներ իրանա-մերձավորարևելյան դիմակայությունը»։ «Այս դեպքում Հայաստանը կարող էր բախվել իր բնակչության զանգվածային արտագաղթի, որի արդյունքում երկրում կմնային ընդամենը մի քանի հարյուր հազար հայ։ Բարեբախտաբար, այս սցենարը դեռևս չի իրականացել», - եզրափակեց Հայկ Նահապետյանը։
