Կանազի մշակույթի տան հրդեհը լուրջ կասկածներ է առաջացնում

 Երևանում երեկ խոշոր հրդեհ է բռնկվել, այրվել է Կանազի մշակույթի տունը։ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փոխանցմամբ, Ազատության պողոտայում գտնվող Կանազ մշակույթի տան հարակից 2 շենքերի բնակիչները տարհանվել են։ Հրդեհի սկզբում դեպքի վայր է մեկնել 4 մարտական հաշվարկ, հետո` ևս 8-ը։

Հրշեջները կանխել են կրակի տարածումը դեպի բնակելի շենքեր, ապա կեսգիշերից քիչ առաջ մարել կրակը։ Շենքը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ այրվել է։ Հրդեհի պատճառների մասին դեռ վաղ է խոսել։ Ըստ ՆԳՆ-ի, բարդություն է առաջացել, քանի որ շենքն ունի բաղդադային հատված, որը շատ ավելի հեշտ է այրվում։ Այդ հատվածում այժմ նաև քանդման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում։

Կանազի մշակույթի տունը հենց մշակութային հուշարձան էր և երկար տարիներ լքված մնալուց հետո, որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Երևանի քաղաքապետը հայտարարել էր, թե այն վերանորոգելու են և Գեղարվեստի ակադեմիայի ստեղծելու։ Այդուհանդերձ, հրդեհը լուրջ կասկածներ է առաջացնում։ Այժմ, երբ շենքն ամբողջությամբ այրվել է և դարձել վերանորոգման ու շահագործման համար անպիտան, բնականաբար, այն քանդելու է, իսկ տեղում որևէ նոր նորակառույց կկառուցեն, հատկապես, որ այն Արաբկիրի լավագույն տեղերից մեկն է համարվում։

Ընդհանրապես ձևավորված պրակտիկա է, երբ մշակութային որևէ շինություն վերացնելու, փոխարենը նորակառույց կառուցելու համար ինչ-որ նման կասկածելի դեպքեր են տեղի ունենում, երբ հանկարծակի պարզվում է, որ լքված շինությունը փլուզվել է, հրդեհվել կամ էլ դարձյալ շահագործման համար անպիտան։ Տարածքի բնակիչները կասկած չունեն, որ իշխանությունը միտումնավոր է ձգձգել Կանազի մշակույթի տան վերանորոգումը։

Թեպետ բյուջետային միջոցներ միշտ էլ եղել են այն վերակառուցնելու համար։ Եվ վստահ են, որ այժմ նոր շինարարության ականատես են դառնալու։
