Սևանի բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրենը մեղադրվում է խոշոր չափերի գույքի հափշտակության և խմբի կազմում կեղծիք կատարելու մեջ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ «Սևանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության տնօրենը, օգտագործելով իր ծառայողական լիազորությունները, կատարել է իրեն վստահված խոշոր չափերի գույքի հափշտակություն, ինչպես նաև խմբի կազմում փաստաթուղթ է կեղծել:

Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ վերը նշված բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրենը 2022 թվականին աշխատանքի է ընդունել իր մտերիմ անձին, ով, սակայն, նշված ժամանակահատվածից մինչև 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերն ընդհանրապես աշխատանքի չի հաճախել և իր աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չի կատարել:

Նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է նաև, որ տնօրենը, նույն բժշկական կենտրոնի աշխատակցի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, վերը նշված անձի՝ աշխատանքի հաճախելու վերաբերյալ կազմել է կեղծ փաստաթուղթ, որի հետևանքով ԲԿ-ի բյուջեից որպես աշխատավարձ ավել է վճարվել 2.238.745 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

ԲԿ-ի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով և 457-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել բացակայելու արգելքն ու պաշտոնավարման կասեցումը: Տնօրենի մտերիմ անձին և ԲԿ-ի աշխատակցին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում պետությանը պատճառված 2.238.745 ՀՀ դրամ վնասն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
