Երևանի մամուլի շենքն այլևս մամուլինը չէ

Երևանի մամուլի շենքի փոխարեն պրեմիում դասի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիրի կլինի։ Համապատասխան նախագիծը անշարժ գույքի խոշոր էքսպոյում ներկայացնելու են ՀՀ պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեն և PROSPECT24 ՓԲԸ-ն։ 1981 թ. կառուցված շենքը տասնամյակներ շարունակ տուն է եղել տասնյակ լրատվամիջոցների համար, իսկ գործող իշխանությունն անցած տարիների ընթացքում մեկիկ-մեկիկ մաքրեց շենքը ԶԼՄ-ներից՝ խոստանալով իբր վերանորոգել այն։ Վերջիններից մեկն «Առավոտ» օրաթերթն էր, որը 1994 թվականից՝ 30 տարուց ավելի, աշխատում էր այդ շենքում։

«Առավոտին» անցած տարի հեռացրին շենքից, և այժմ իշխանությունը նախատեսում է Մամուլի շենքը դարձնել էլիտար հյուրանոց։ Մամուլի շենքի յուրացումն ու ձևափոխումը ոչ միայն իշխանությունների ագահության, այլև մամուլի դեմ արշավանքի խորհրդանիշ կարելի է համարել։ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած թիմում ամենաշատ լրագրողներն են, որ երբևէ եղել են իշխանության։

Ինքը՝ իշխող ուժի ղեկավարն էլ, «ոչ բարով», լրագրող է, երկարամյա խմբագիր։ Տրամաբանորեն այս իշխանությունը պետք է ամենաշահագրգռվածը լիներ խոսքի ազատության, մամուլի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում, բայց իշխանության գալու առաջին իսկ օրերից փաշինյանական թիմը իսկական պատերազմ է հայտարարել անկախ մամուլին, փորձում է ճնշել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով։
