«Մասամբ ազատ» ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնը

Երեկ հրապարակվել է Freedom House-ի «Freedom in the world 2026» տարեկան զեկույցը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ «մասամբ ազատ» երկիր։ 2026 թվականին Freedom House-ի վարկածով Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարության ինդեքսը 100 հնարավորից ստացել է 54 միավոր։ Ադրբեջանը ստացել է հնարավորից 6 միավոր, Վրաստանը՝ 51, Թուրքիան՝ 32, իսկ Ռուսաստանը՝ 12։

Հայաստանի գումարային ցուցանիշը որևէ բարելավում նույնպես չի արձանագրել, փոխարենը նվազել է Վրաստանի ցուցանիշը, իսկ դա գործող իշխանություններին հնարավորություն է տալու մանիպուլացնել, հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանն առաջինն է տարածաշրջանում։ Փաստն այն է, որ 2018թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանին շարունակում են դիտարկել որպես «մասամբ ազատ» երկիր։ Զեկույցի նկարագրական բացվածքը դեռ հասանելի չէ, բայց կասկած չկա, որ խնդիրներ են արձանագրվելու ժողովրդավարության ոլորտում։

«Ժողովրդավարությունը» Փաշինյանի համար ընդամենը փուչ հայտարարություն է՝ յուր ապօրինությունները քողարկելու համար, իսկ իրականում իրավիճակն ավելի է վատացել։ Եվ ամենամեծ խնդիրն այն է, որ արևմտյան հեղինակավոր կառույցներն էլ փաստում են այս հանգամանքը։ Բնականաբար, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը շարունակելու են խաբել ու մանիպուլացնել, հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ։ Գնդակը վաղուց հասարակության և ընդդիմադիր ուժերի դաշտում է, որոնք պետք է միահամուռ հեռացնեն ՀՀ հակաժողովրդավար վարչախմբին։
