Եթե մենք ուզում ենք իրականում ուժեղ պետություն, ապա պետք է սկսենք ամենակարևորից՝ զինվորին արժանապատիվ կյանքով ապահովվելուց. Ռուբեն Վելիցյան

 Ռուբեն Վելիցյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այլևս թույլ չենք լինելու:

Մեր երկրում՝ զինվորական ծառայության նկատմամբ տարիներով ձևավորված մոտեցումը սպառել է իրեն։

Պետությունը զինվորից պահանջել է առավելագույնը՝ անձնական զոհողություն, առողջություն, երբեմն՝ կյանք, սակայն փոխարենը չի ապահովել համարժեք համակարգային վերաբերմունք և ապագայի հստակ երաշխիքներ։

Սա Ուժեղ Հայաստանի համար՝ այլևս անընդունելի է։

2020 թվականի պատերազմը բացահայտեց ոչ միայն արտաքին սպառնալիքների հանդեպ մեր անկարողությունը, այլ նաև ներքին համակարգային լուրջ խնդիրներ։

Մեր զինվորները կատարել են իրենց պարտքը մինչև վերջ, իսկ պետությունը՝ ոչ։

Ավելին՝ պատերազմից հետո հազարավոր զինվորներ մնացել են միայնակ իրենց խնդիրների հետ՝
առանց լիարժեք հոգեբանական աջակցության,
առանց կայուն սոցիալական ապահովության,
առանց հստակ վերաինտեգրման քաղաքականության։

Սա կարելի է ասել համակարգային ձախողում է։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը առաջարկում է այս իրավիճակի արմատական փոփոխություններ.
Զինվորական ծառայությունը մեր զինվորների համար պետք է դառնա ոչ թե իրենց կյանքից ժամանակային կորուստ, այլ հնարավորություն։

Յուրաքանչյուր ժամկետային զինծառայող պետք է ստանա արժանապատիվ վարձատրություն՝ գոնե նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափով, այլ ոչ թե «գրպանի ծախս»։

Ծառայությունն ավարտելուց հետո պետությունը պարտավոր է ապահովել
անվճար բարձրագույն կամ մասնագիտական կրթություն՝ որպես կյանքի նոր փուլ սկսելու իրական հնարավորություն։

Մեր վետերանները կունենան երկարաժամկետ
բժշկական և հոգեբանական աջակցություն, արտոնյալ բնակարանային ծրագրեր և աշխատանքի առաջնահերթ հնարավորություններ պետական ծառայության տարբեր ոլորտներում։ Հայրենիքին ծառայելը պետք է նոր դռներ բացի երիտասարդի առաջ։

Ով պաշտպանում է պետությունը,
պետք է այդ պետության մեջ ունենա առավելություն ապրելու և զարգանալու համար։

Սա բարեգործություն չէ, սա պետության պարտքն է իր պաշտպանների նկատմամբ։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստան»-ը գալիս է վերականգնելու այդ հավասարակշռությունը պետության և պետականության պաշտպանի միջև։

Եթե մենք ուզում ենք իրականում ուժեղ պետություն, ապա պետք է սկսենք ամենակարևորից՝ զինվորին արժանապատիվ կյանքով ապահովվելուց։

Զինվորին հարգող պետությունն է իրականում ուժեղ։
