Հաճախորդի միջազգային օրը Ucom-ի ղեկավար անձնակազմը նշում է բաժանորդների հետ միասին

Մարտի 19-ին Ucom-ը կրկին նշում է Հաճախորդի միջազգային օրը՝ այն դարձնելով բաժանորդների հետ անմիջական շփման առիթ՝ նրանց կարծիքներն ու սպասումները լսելու համար։

Ամբողջ օրը ընկերության ղեկավար կազմն այցելում է Ucom-ի վաճառքի և սպասարկման կենտրոններ Երևանում և մարզերում՝ անձամբ սպասարկելու հաճախորդներին, լսելու նրանց կարծիքները ընկերության ծառայությունների և սպասարկման որակի մասին, ինչպես նաև պատասխանելու նրանց հետաքրքրող հարցերին։

Ընկերության միջին և բարձր օղակների ղեկավարները զուգահեռաբար աշխատում են նաև զանգերի կենտրոնում՝ կապ հաստատելով բաժանորդների հետ, շնորհավորելով նրանց Հաճախորդի միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ և օգնելով լուծել առաջացած հարցերն ու խնդիրները։

Այս տարվա նախաձեռնության շրջանակում Ucom-ն ունի նաև հատուկ առաջարկ՝ մարտի 19-ից Uplay թվային հարթակի ամբողջ բովանդակությունը ներկայիս մոբայլ հաճախորդներին հասանելի կլինի 1 ամիս անվճար։ Առաջարկը կգործի նաև մինչև ապրիլի 19-ը միացած բաժանորդների համար` հնարավորություն տալով բացահայտել հեռուստաալիքների, ֆիլմերի, սերիալների և ժամանցային բովանդակության հայկական և արտասահմանյան բազմաժանր ընտրանին։ 

Այս առաջարկը ևս մեկ քայլ է Ucom-ի թվային ծառայությունների էկոհամակարգի զարգացման ուղղությամբ՝ բաժանորդներին առաջարկելով կապի և ժամանցի ամբողջական փորձառություն։
