Հարկային տեռnրը հայտարարում եմ փակված. կարևորը՝ չեմ հայտարարում բացված. Փաշինյան

Նախորդ տարվա երկրորդ կեսից, գուցե 2024 թվականից, նամակներ էին գալիս, ազդակներ, սոցիալական ցանցերում նաև որոշ գրառումներ, որ Կառավարությունը հարկային տեռոր է սկսել բիզնեսի նկատմամբ, որին մեր արձագանքն այն էր, որ մենք, բնականաբար, ոչ միայն տեռոր անելու ցանկություն չունենք, այլ ընդհակառակը, տնտեսությունը քաջալերելուն ուղղված տասնյակ միլիարդներ ենք ծախսում: Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ այսօր չկա այնպիսի ընկերություն, որ Կառավարության աջակցությամբ մեկ մեքենա, սարքավորում գնած կամ արտոնյալ վարկ վերցրած չլինի:

«Բայց մյուս կողմից՝ մեր սկզբունքը շատ հստակ է. մենք բիզնեսից ակնկալում ենք հարկային պարտաճանաչություն և ակնկալում ենք, որ իրենք իրենց հարկերը վճարեն: Ոչ մի լումա ավելի մենք չենք ակնկալում, բայց նաև ոչ մի լումա պակաս:

Կարծեմ 2024 թվականից ունենք գործարար աշխատաժողովի ֆորմատ: Այս խոսակցությունների համատեքստում մենք նախորդ տարեվերջին, Ջերմուկում ունեցանք հանդիպում և բնականաբար օրակարգի հարցերից մեկը սա էր: Ըստ էության, այս օրենսդրական փաթեթը Ջերմուկի աշխատաժողովի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ըմբռնման, եթե չասեմ կոնսենսուսի արդյունք է, որովհետև երբ մենք գործնականում փորձեցինք հասկանալ տպավորությունների պատճառն ի՞նչն է, տեսանք, որ մեր օրենսդրության մեջ կան կարգավորումներ:

ՊԵԿ-ը շատ դեպքերում ինքնաշխատ եղանակով, այսինքն՝ օրենքով եկավ շեմը հատեց, ինքն իր գործողությունը պետք է անի, հակառակ դեպքում պաշտոնյաները կարող են մեղադրվել իրենց գործառույթները չիրականացնելու մեջ: Այդ քննարկումներին ներկա էր նաև Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը և մենք, ընդհանուր առմամբ, եկանք այս կոնսենսուսի կամ ըմբռնման, որ այս ամենն, ինչ գրած է, գործնականում բոլոր երեք կետերը, երեք ուղղությունները պայմանավորվեցինք և հիմա իրականացնում ենք»,-պարզաբանեց Փաշինյանը:
