Ընդդիմությունն ունի հավասարակշռված տնտեսական ծրագրեր․ Տնտեսագետ

2026 թվականի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր ներկայացնում են իրենց տնտեսական ծրագրերը։ Որքանո՞վ են ընդդիմադիր ուժերի առաջարկները իրագործելի և որքանո՞վ են դրանք հիմնված իրական տնտեսական հաշվարկների վրա.  Aysor.am-ը զրուցել է տնտեսագետ Հրայր Կամենդատյանի հետ։

Տնտեսագետը դրական է գնահատում ընդդիմության ներկայացրած տնտեսական առաջարկները։

«Ընդդիմության տարբեր առաջարկներն իրականում կարող են օգտագործվել Հայաստանի ազգային շահի համար, եթե իշխանությունը փոխվի։ Բայց քանի դեռ այս իշխանություններն են, Հայաստանը միայն վնաս է կրում։

Կան բավականին հավասարակշռված տնտեսական ծրագրեր։ Օրինակ՝ Արման Թաթոյանը և Դավիթ Անանյանը ներկայացրել են տնտեսական բավականին հաշվարկված ծրագրեր։ Մենք՝ «Հայաքվեն», նույնպես սոցիալական ծրագիր ենք ներկայացրել՝ 87 կետից բաղկացած։ Միքայել Մելքումյանի՝ երեկվա ելույթում նշված գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների 10 տոկոսի մասին էլ  կարող եմ ասել, որ Մելքումյանը շատ խելացի է, պետական կառավարման մեջ լավ փորձ ունի, և կարծում եմ՝ գոնե մի 2-3 կառավարություն կարող է խորհուրդներով ճիշտ ուղու վրա դնել։ Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնտեսական հինգ քայլերը ևս դրական եմ գնահատում, այնտեղ էլ աշխատանքի նախագծում և աշխատանք կատարելու հրավեր կա։ Մենք պետք է աշխատենք, երկիրը կառուցենք, ոչ թե երկիրը հանձնենք Ադրբեջանին»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանությանը, ապա, տնտեսագետի խոսքով, իշխանությունները սահմանափակվում են հայտարարություններով։

«Տեսնում ենք՝ ամբողջ երկրով մեկ շրջում են այդ «ուրախ ավտոբուսներով», հանդիպում են մարդկանց հետ, բայց իրականում ասելիք չունեն։ Հանդիպումների ժամանակ էլ նույն բաներն են ասում՝ թոշակը բարձրացրել ենք, բուժվու՞մ եք, ստացե՞լ եք նպաստներ, բայց իրական ծրագիր չկա, անելիք չունեն։ Միջին աշխատավարձի մասին որ անընդհատ թմբկահարում էին և հայտարարում, թե անընդհատ աճում է,  հունվար ամսին արդեն նվազել է։ Բոլոր մասնագետները, որոնք գնահատող ու փորձառու են, գիտեն՝ սա ինչ է նշանակում․ տարվա վերջին վիճակագրությունը հաճախ փոփոխվում է։ Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք գործ ունենք փոքրիկ,  կեղծ հայտարարություններով, կիսատ թվերով ու դրանց վրա ուրախացող իշխանության հետ։ Սա է խնդիրը․ նրանք ոչ մի ծրագիր չունեն, պարզապես  տապալվելու և  քշվելու են։ Մինչդեռ ընդդիմության ծրագրերը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, բավարար են, ունեն ֆինանսական, տնտեսագիտական հիմնավորումներ»։

Տնտեսագետը հավաստիացնում է՝ երբ իշխանությունը հեռանա, երկրում տնտեսական վիճակը կբարելավվի, կավելանան կենսաթոշակները, ընդդիմության տնտեսական խոստումները հույս են ներշնչում։
