2026 թվականի մարտի 17-ին IDBank-ը հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով թողարկել է անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր՝ հետևյալ պայմաններով․

Տրանշ 2, 2026 AMANLBBM5ER9

  • Թողարկման ծավալը – 2 մլրդ 500 մլն․ ՀՀ  դրամ
  • Արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը – 10%
  • Շրջանառության ժամկետը – 36  ամիս (3 տարի)
  • Արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը – 3 ամիս
  • Թողարկման/տեղաբաշխման սկիզբ – 17 մարտի 2026
  • Տեղաբաշխման ավարտ – 11 մայիսի 2026
  • Մարման ամսաթիվ – 17 մարտի 2029

Պարտատոմսերի 2-րդ տրանշը տեղաբաշխվելու է 2026թ․-ի մարտի 17-ից մինչև 2026 թվականի մայիսի 11-ը ներառյալ, իսկ 3-րդ տրանշը՝ 2026թ․-ի մարտի 17-ից մինչև 2026թ․ օգոստոսի 10-ը ներառյալ։

Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ-ում և ունենալու են շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker):

Պարտատոմսերի մասին ամբողջական տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կլինի Idram&IDBank հավելվածում դրանք ձեռք բերելուց անմիջապես հետո․ «Բանկինգ» բաժնի «Պարտատոմսեր» ենթաբաժնում  ներկայացված է անհրաժեշտ ողջ տեղեկատվությունը՝ պարտատոմսերի տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը, քանակը, անվանական արժեքը, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, արժեկտրոնի վճարման օրը և պարտատոմսերի մարման օրը։

Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկում ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 12 նոյեմբերի 2025թ. թիվ 1/407 Ա որոշմամբ հաստատված ծրագրային ազդագրի շրջանակում։ Ծրագրային ազդագրի, դրա լրացման էլեկտրոնային տարբերակներին և սույն թողարկման հիմնական պայմաններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ IDBank-ի պաշտոնական կայքում:
