ԱՄՆ առևտրային պատժամիջոցները հարվածում են հնդկական արևային վահանակների արտադրողներին

Հնդկաստանի՝ ԱՄՆ արևային էներգիայի շուկայում իր դիրքերը ամրապնդելու ծրագրերը խոչընդոտի են բախվել այն բանից հետո, երբ Վաշինգտոնը բարձր փոխհատուցման տուրքեր է սահմանել որոշ ասիական կենտրոններից մատակարարվող արևային մարտկոցների և վահանակների վրա, հայտնել են վերլուծաբաններն ու արդյունաբերության ներկայացուցիչները, գրում է profinance.ru–ն։

ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարարությունը փետրվարի 24-ին պարզել է, որ Հնդկաստանում, Ինդոնեզիայում և Լաոսում գործող արտադրողները օգտվել են կառավարության լայնածավալ աջակցությունից, որը խեղաթյուրել է մրցակցությունը աշխարհի ամենագրավիչ մաքուր էներգիայի շուկաներում։

ԱՄՆ արդյունահանելիս հնդիկ արտահանողները բախվել են մինչև 126% սակագների, քանի որ Նյու Դելին ձգտում է ներդրումներ ներգրավել արևային էներգիայի ընկերություններից և դիրքավորվել որպես Չինաստանին այլընտրանք։ Առաջատար հնդկական արևային վահանակների արտադրող Waaree Energies-ի բաժնետոմսերը նվազել են 10%-ով, իսկ Premier Energies-ը և Vikram Solar-ը համապատասխանաբար նվազել են 5%-ով և 4%-ով։

«ԱՄՆ նախնական փոխհատուցման տուրքերը զգալի հարված են հնդիկ արևային վահանակների արտադրողներին, որոնք մեծապես կախված էին ԱՄՆ շուկա արտահանումից», — ասել է EUPD հետազոտական ​​կենտրոնի ավագ խորհրդատու Ռաջան Կալսոտրան։ Վերլուծաբանները զգուշացնում են, որ կենսունակ արտահանման շուկաների բացակայությունը կարող է ստիպել արևային մոդուլների հնդիկ  արտադրողներին վաճառել իրենց պաշարները ներքին շուկայում, ինչը կհանգեցնի գերմատակարարման։

EUPD-ի տվյալներով Հնդկաստանը մինչև 2026 թվականի հունվարը ընդլայնել է իր արևային մոդուլների արտադրության հզորությունը հասցնելով ավելի քան 160 գիգավատի (ԳՎտ), նաև նախատեսվում է հետագա ընդլայնում։ Բայց մոտ ապագայում ներքին պահանջարկը, կանխատեսումների համաձայն, կմնա տարեկան 40-45 ԳՎտ մակարդակի վրա։ «Քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ը կազմում է արտահանման ճնշող մեծամասնությունը, արտադրողները այժմ բախվում են կրկնակի դիլեմայի, այն է ավելցուկային հզորություն և շուկա մուտք գործելու սահմանափակ հնարավորություն», — ասել է Կալսոտրան։

Այս որոշումը միայն առաջին քայլն է  արևային վահանակների ԱՄՆ արտադրողների խմբի կողմից անցյալ տարի նախաձեռնված ավելի լայն առևտրային արշավի։ Առանձին որոշումը, որը սպասվում է հաջորդ ամիս, կորոշի, թե արդյո՞ք այս երեք երկրների արտահանողները իջեցրել են գները իրենց արտադրության արժեքից ցածր, դա էլ եզրակացություն է, որը կարող է հանգեցնել հակադեմպինգային պատժամիջոցների մեկ այլ փուլի։
