«Երբ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերը դատարկվում են, հաջորդ քայլը կարող է լինել դրանց վերաբնակեցումը այլ բնակչությամբ։ 

Սա կարող է լինել թե՛ Ադրբեջանի կողմից «վերադարձի» քաղաքականության շրջանակում, թե՛ ավելի լայն տարածաշրջանային ճգնաժամերի հետևանքով, օրինակ՝ Իրանից հնարավոր փախստականների հոսքի պարագայում»։

Euromedia24-ի եթերում  նման դիտարկում է արել ռազմաքաղաքական վերլուծաբան Հայկ Նահապետյանը՝ հավելելով՝ եթե սահմանամերձ գյուղերը կիսադատարկ են, իսկ այնտեղ հայտնվում են փախստականներ, ապա հետագայում այդ գործընթացը կանգնեցնելը չափազանց բարդ է դառնում՝ միջազգային իրավական, մարդասիրական և քաղաքական գործոնների պատճառով․

«Կարծում եմ՝ այսօր Հայաստանի համար կա նաև էթնիկ կազմի փոփոխության վտանգ։ Երբ խոսվում է 2050 թվականին 5 կամ 7 միլիոն բնակչության մասին, պետք է հասկանալ՝ այդ թիվը որտեղի՞ց պետք է գոյանա։ Եթե ծնելիությունը չի աճում, եթե մահերը գերազանցում են ծնունդներին, ապա աճը կարող է ապահովվել միայն ներգաղթով կամ փախստականների հաշվին։

Սա արդեն ազգային անվտանգության հարց է։

Դրա լավագույն ապացույցներից մեկն այսօր հենց դպրոցների փակման ծրագիրն է։ Խոսքը մեկ կամ երկու դպրոցի մասին չէ։ Խոսքը 229 դպրոցի մասին է, որոնցից 218-ը տվյալ բնակավայրի միակ դպրոցն են։

Եթե դպրոցը փակվում է, ապա այդ բնակավայրը կորցնում է իր ապագան։ Երիտասարդ ընտանիքները դուրս են գալիս, մնում են միայն տարեցները, իսկ հետո այդ տարածքը դառնում է խոցելի՝ թե՛ ժողովրդագրական, թե՛ քաղաքական իմաստով»,-ասում է Հայկ Նահապետյանը՝ շեշտելով՝ սա միայն կրթական կամ ֆինանսական խնդիր չէ, այլ Հայաստանի տարածքային, ժողովրդագրական և անվտանգային դիմադրողականության հարցն է։
